The ceiling to be fitted shall be termite proof & fire retardant and properly fixed using standard bonding agent. The job includes dismantling and refitting of illumination with new lights as per directions of Incharge Engineer. Back side of cabinet shall be finished in two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour including anti-termite treatment, wooden lipping, suitable locking arrangement, all types of screws , fasteners, hinges / piano hinges, wooden screws, adhesives, polishing / painting of lipping, telescopic drawer channels, magnetic catchers, tower bolts, door handles/ knobs and all other types of necessary fittings etc. complete as per design, drawing and site condition asdirected by the Engineer-In-Charge.
