    Auction For Having One (01) Hall At Inter State Bus Terminus, Sector-43, Chandigarh And Intends To Allot The Hall On “As Is Where Is Basis” For The Trade Recreational Centre/Early Learning Centre On Monthly Rental/ Licence Basis Plus Gst Extra (As Applicable) For A Period Of 06 (Six) Years Auction Detail : Hall No.2, Second Floor above TIC Punjab at ISBT-43 Recreational Centre/Early Learning Centre The Chandigarh Transport Undertaking (CTU), Chandigarh is having one (01) Hall at Inter State Bus Terminus, Sector-43, Chandigarh and intends to allot the Hall on “as is where is basis” for the trade Recreational Centre/Early learning centre on monthly rental/ licence basis plus GST extra (as applicable) for a period of 06 (Six) years and further extendable year to year basis on mutual consent & approval of competent authority with10% annual increase in rent, for the facilities to the General Public, on the terms and conditions as mentioned herein. Chandigarh Transport Undertaking (CTU) invites bids from the individual/Companies/firms/Agency/Organizations through e-Auction on GeM Portal for the allotment of the Shop as per Annexure-A attached.
