Tender For Link road from Dargah Inter College to Bhuwali Harijan Basti (including 05 year maintenance period) - Earthwork in cutting or embankment /Pattri in ordinary soil (loam, clay or sand) excavation to be done in the from of regular pits not exeeding 0.50m in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20cm layers including the ramming and dressing the surface to required levles and slopes and also including 1.50meter lift as directed by E/I including labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work (as per SI No-253) 2 W.B.M. G-2 (45-63 mm stone ballast) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 3 W.B.M. G-3 (22.4-53 mm stone ballast) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 4 Priming Coat-Providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502. 5 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 gradeusing bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 6 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously Prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100kN static roller capacity finished to required lavel and grades to be followed by seal coat as per Techincal Specification clause 508 including cost of bitumen 7 Providing and applying seal coat type C comprising of a layer of bituminous binder followed by a cover of stone chipping of specified grading and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne kN Static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 510 including cost of bitumen 8 Brick edging on both sides of the road of first class bricks 8.0cm (3) wide and 12cm (4.5)deep laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing ramming the excavated earth as directed by the E/I as per SI No 765 9 Supplying & Fixing of retro reflective sign board with a corrosion resistant 4 mm thick aluminium composite panel (HIP type IV) as per approved design & drawing. Retro Reflective (HIP type IV) sign board warranty upto 7 years. Rate includes fabrication, supply of materials, transportation and erection of the signage structure for proper completion of work. 10 The routing maintenance of above road including earthen shoulder and bitumenous pavement etc of to the required standards and it the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surfaceand structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenace period which begins from the actual Completion Data and ends after Five years (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for1 st year maintenance cost @ 0.0 % 11 The routing maintenance of above road including earthen shoulder and bitumenous pavement etc of to the required standards and it the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surfaceand structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenace period which begins from the actual Completion Data and ends after Five years (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for2nd year maintenance cost @ 1.50 % 12 The routing maintenance of above road including earthen shoulder and bitumenous pavement etc of to the required standards and it the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surfaceand structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenace period which begins from the actual Completion Data and ends after Five years (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for3rd year maintenance cost @ 3.00 % 13 The routing maintenance of above road including earthen shoulder and bitumenous pavement etc of to the required standards and it the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surfaceand structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenace period which begins from the actual Completion Data and ends after Five years (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for4thyear maintenance cost @ 4.50 % 14 The routing maintenance of above road including earthen shoulder and bitumenous pavement etc of to the required standards and it the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surfaceand structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenace period which begins from the actual Completion Data and ends after Five years (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for5thyear maintenance cost @ 6.00 %
