Tender For 132 Kv Main Bus Spliting at 132 Kv S/S Dadanagar, Kanpur Under E.T.D-I, Govind Nagar, Kanpur - Dismantling of following equipment with structure as per instruction/ manual and technical specification including shifting of material up to site of work including all associated work to complete the job. 2 Main & Aux. Structure (BTM+AXM) 3 Complete dismantling of existing 132kv Panki - Dadanagar main busisolatorincluding opening of all connectingjumpers main bus to bus Isolator. 4 Dismantling of existing 132kv main busapprox. 36Mtr. long including opening of all connectingjumpers of (main bus to both end Isolator & Bus P.T)to complete the job satisfactory. 5 Erection of following equipment/structure as per instruction manual and technical specification including shifting of material up to site of work including all associated work to complete the job. 6 Main & Aux. Structure (BTM+AXM+BBL+BCT) 7 Stringing work of 132KV main Bus with Moose Conductor up to (12 Mtr. /24 Mtr.) with gun fitting & insulator including making & connecting of all jumpersof main bus to both end Isolator & Bus P.T. 8 Erection of 132KV Bus isolators of 132 KV Panki - Dadanagar line with requiredpost insulators & making and connecting of all (R,Y,B) phase jumpers . 9 Erection of 132KV Bus Section isolators (with post insulators & making and connecting of all required jumpers (Main bus Ist to main bus IInd) . 10 Making & connecting of(R,Y,B phase) jumpers like as 132 KV main Bus to B.S.I & B.S.I to 132 KV C.B & 132 KV C.B to L.S.I & L.S.I to jack bus (ATMS) & jack bus (ATMS) to jack bus (BTM) with dropper jumper/jumpers & jack bus (BTM) to 132 kv C.T of 40 MVA T-F. 11 132KV Bus (P.T) with Junction Box. 12 Making & Connecting of new ( R,Y,B ) phase jumpers/conductor suitablefor 132 KV main bus P.T the job includingjump ring & hanging with suspension hardwarefitting for bus P.T with the help of 27 disk insulator (each phase 9 disk insulator) . 13 Laying & Termination of 2/4 Core 2.5 sq. mm,control cable with the help of electrical engineer fromP.T Junction Box to P.T (RYB) equipments and proper dressing and ferruling work & testing etc. 14 Stringing work of40 MVA T-F, Jack Bus(RYB phase)with Panther conductor (up to 24 Mtr.) Including making & connecting of all required jumpers and associated work to complete the job. 15 Opening of all cable connection of existing old 132KV Circuit Breaker of 40MVA, T/F and related panel. 16 Termination work of all control cable as per cable schedule including laying of required cable (2/4/6 Core 2.5 Sq. mm) and making necessary hole in gland required. Supply & fixing of suitable cable gland and ferrule in each core of cable & its termination with lungs and all other associated work to complete the work satisfactorily for new 132KV Circuit Breaker (CGL Make) of 40MVA T/F to C&R panel. 17 Providing 3-Phase, 10 KVA , DG set with fuel from the work start of 132 KV bus splitting work to its completion . 18 Earthing of all auxiliary structure with 75x10 mm MS Flat and auxiliary equipments with 50x6 mm MS Flat with proper cutting and bending as per requirements. This job also include painting of MS flat with one coat of red oxide and then two coat of green enameled good quality paints. In this job all structure and equipment will earthed at minimum 2 point wherever required. 19 75X10 MM 20 50X6 MM 21 Carriage of (miscellaneous) material like as 132 KV /33 KV bay Structure/ATM/BTM/AXM/ VCB/C.T/P.T/Isolator/Cable/ M.S. Round bar /M.S. flat/Conductor drum from different sub station distance upto 75 km.(1 job = upto 2 M.T. Weight). 22 Providing and fixing of new generation energy & environment friendly long aluminum outdoor beam street light with high power (150 watt, 230 Volt) Crompton/Bajaj/Philips/Havells make LED(with one year guarantee) and also provide galvanized iron elbow. 23 Providing & fixing of double door type junction box MCB type with the structure for cable lighting termination work. 24 Fixing of 6/10/25 amp. Single phase MCB in lighting cubical/junction box. The job includes proper wiring with required (02/04) core cable laying work including cost of all material labour T&P etc. for proper completion of work. 25 Erection of Outdoor type 03 Phase AC cubicle box of size 1000x800x350 mm with wiring of proper size wire and fixing installation and testing with all civil and other associated work. The Job also includes earthing work of cubicle box with ms flat as per site requirement (cubical and ms flat will be provided by department). 26 Laying of power cable (size 3.5x50 Sq mm) approximate 100 Mtr suitable for ACDB to outdoor AC Cubicle box. The job including excavation of earth size of 150x300mm for making trench with digging of soil (as per size requirement) and prper cable laying inside trench with the help of clamping & concreting of cement, brick and sand work and also Termination work of both side of power cable and control cable for aboveAC cubicle box as per site requirement with punching of proper size of aluminum lugs of dowel/jackson make (lugs will be provided by contractor). 27 Supply (All material required as per sample.) 28 132 KVC.B clamp suitable for twin panther conductorwith glav.
