    Tender For Waterproofing Work Of The D-Block Roof At Ieg Surface Repair work: (i) Surface preparation & repair – clean surface & free of dust, grease etc. The surface to be checked & prepared for bonding coat with grinder & touching. All surface cracks up to 5 mm width should be filled up with Dr. Fixit PU Sealant. (ii) Making PMM Gola for all corners. (iii) In existing old terraces repair & pasting with polymer modified mortar putty. (iv) All corners, gaps, joints, protrusions, drainage outlets and penetration points shall be treated prior to all application of Dr. Fixit Roofseal Top Coat waterproof (select). The same should be coated with an extra coat of Dr. Fixit Roofseal Top Coat waterproof (select) incorporating reinforcing fabric. Treatment: (i) Apply a coat of Dr. Fixit Prime Seal Primer (diluted with water in the ratio 2:1) As Self Priming 9-10 Sqmtr. /Liter. (ii) Allow coating to dry for 3-4 hours prior to applying first coat & second coat. (iii) Apply three coats of Dr. Fixit Roofseal Select Coat with 45GSM Fiber Mesh @ 1.2 – 1.5 Sqmtr/litre/coat, without water dilution, the rate of application being the same for both the coats. This would ensure correct consumption of material that will deliver a total DFT of 1200-1400 micron. (iv) Allow the system to air cure for 3 days minimum. (v) Conduct ponding test by filling water up to 50 mm height for 72 hours post air curing to ensure leak–free terrace.
