Tender For ELECTRICAL WORKS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF RESEARCH EQUIPMENT AT INSTITUTE OF ADVANCED VIROLOGY-- 1 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 12 Way MCCB double door VDB in surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting 4 pole MCCB as incomer and MCB (3 pole) are outgoings. (but without MCBs and incomer) as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator) 2 Supply and fixing of 415 volts, 160A, 36KA ,4P,MCCB,Adjustable O/L & Fixed S/C Settings, with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing in existingMCCB DB including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required. 3 Supplying and fixing following rating, 240/415 volts, C curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following pole in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning. 4 32A ,SP MCB 5 20A ,SP MCB 6 63A, 3P MCB 7 40A, 3P MCB 8 32A, 3P MCB 9 63A,4P MCB 10 63A,4P 100mA RCBO 11 40A DP 30mA RCBO 12 Supplying and fixing DP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 25/32amps 240 volts C curve DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 13 Supply, LayingPVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following sizes through existing cable TRAY/RCC/HUME/GI/ DWC pipe / Concrete trench/Clamping on wall etc. as required. 14 3.5Cx95 sq.mm XLPE Armoured Aluminium cable. 15 3.5Cx35 sq.mm XLPE Armoured Aluminium cable. 16 3.5Cx25 sq.mm XLPE Armoured Aluminium cable. 17 Supplying and Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. 18 2 X 10 sq. mm + 1 X 6 sq. mm earth wire 19 2 X 6 sq. mm + 1 X 6 sq. mm earth wire 20 2 X 4 sq. mm + 1 X 4 sq. mm earth wire 21 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire 22 Supplying and fixing of 32mm of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. 23 Supplying and fixing of 25mm of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. 24 Supplying and fixing of 32mm casing capping in surface including all accessories 25 Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1kV grade as required 26 4Cx95 sq.mm XLPE Aluminium cable. 27 4Cx25 sq.mm XLPE Armoured Aluminium cable. 28 4Cx35 sq.mm XLPE Armoured Aluminium cable. 29 Supply, laying/fixing of 8 SWG copper for earthing as per IS:3043 / 87 in existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable /pulling through pipes etc as required. 30 Supply, laying/fixing of 10 SWG copper for earthing as per IS:3043 / 87 in existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable /pulling through pipes etc as required. 31 Supplying and fixing following modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required. 32 5/6 A switch(white) 33 3 pin 5/6 A socket outlet(white) 34 15/16 A switch(white) 35 3 pin 15/16 A socket outlet(white) 36 Supplying and fixing following size/ modules, GI box along with modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc. as required. 37 6 Module(white) 38 Supplying and fixing following industrial socket 39 Supplying and fixing 63 A, 415 V, TPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 4 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top along with 63 A C curve, TPMCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket outlet and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 40 Supplying and fixing 40 A, 240 V, SPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 40 A C curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket outlet and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.
