Tender For Work And Material For Adding 1 No 33 Kv Pahadi Bay At 132 Kv Sub Station Dlw Kanchanpur Varanasi Under Electiricty Transmission Division-I, Varanasi - Sorting counting shifting of GI structure to loading point and loading on private vehicle at EFU Naini, Prayagraj (1.5 MT Approx.). 3 Safe Carriage of GI structure(1.5 MT Approx.) from EFU Naini Prayagraj to 132 KV S/S DLW (Approx distance 140KM) through private vehicle to be provided by the contractor. 4 Unloading of structure(1.5 MT Approx.) from vehicle, its sorting counting and proper stacking at the premises of 132 KV S/S DLW at suitable place. 5 Opening of all jumpers of Twin ACSR Panther/Moose conductor connected to 33 KVBus isolator and main Bus etc and Restringing after Stringing of Main Bus bar. 6 Dismantling of all 3 phase Moose conductor in 1 span(12 Mtr) of 33 KV main bus with tension fitting and disc insulators etc including shifting and proper stacking of the received material to the store of sub station.(1 job= 12 mtr spane of all 3Phase ) 7 Dismantling of 2 No. CCR , 1 No CGR, 3 Nos ALP Structure along with LAetc including shifting and proper stacking of the received material to the store of sub station. 8 Erection of structure parts of Main & Auxiliary structure. The job consist to shifting of all material, structure parts, nut bolts washers etc from store to work site, erection of structure as per relevant drawing and practices. 9 Erection of 33 KV Main Bus bar of Single Moose conductor including stringing of bus bar with disc insulators cutting bending shifting and all other associated work for completion of work satisfactorily(1 Span= all 3phases of 6 mtr) 10 Safe Carriage of Equipments/Structures from Different Storage location of ETD-I varanasi as and when required and as per Direction of AE/JE Concerned for Satisfactorily completion of Work . 11 Painting of pale fencing by scratching,rubbing,with wire brush, cleaning applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint of bus green color of standard quality. 12 Erection of following equipments including shifting from different storage location under this Division to 132KV SS DLW erection site including all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily. 13 36 KV VCB 14 36 KV CT 15 36 KV CT Junction Box 16 36 KV LSI 17 36 KV LSI Junction Box 18 36 KV BSI 19 36 KV BSI Junction Box 20 33KV Tripple Feeder C&R Panel(Numerical) 21 Jumpering of following bay equipments with the help of Twin ACSR Panther conductor including cutting bending clamping with all other associated work from main bus to outgoing isolators for all phases. 22 Laying of following sizes of control cable in the cable trenches from C&R Panel to various type of equipments, junction boxes in switch yard as per cable schedule, its clamping/binding at every two meter distance with aluminium sticks 25x1mm size including carriage of cable drums from store to laying site and shifting back to store and all other associatedwork to complete the job satisfactorily as per tech. specification: 23 2x2.5mm²Control Cable 24 4x2.5mm²Control Cable 25 6x2.5mm²Control Cable 26 Termination of following size of cable as laid above as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in glands plate or boxes where ever required. Supply and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size. Supply and providing ferrules and No. for each core of cable and its termination with crimping type lugs of Dowell/Tension and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per tech. specification: 27 2x2.5mm²Control Cable 28 4x2.5mm²Control Cable 29 6x2.5mm²Control Cable 30 Cutting straitening bending laying of 50x6 mm MS flat for earthing of main structures including welding with main earth mat below 500-700 mm of ground level with object to earth excavation of trenches its back filling, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enameled green colour with all cost of MS flat, Paint, T&P required for completion of work. 31 Earthing of trench alongwith 25x6mm MS flat after cutting and welding with cable rack and trench with all cost of MS flat, including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamelled paint. 32 Fabrication of display board made of M.S. angle iron 50x50x6mm, 3 long support and M.S. board of 2x1 M.S. sheet 18 gauge and M.S. flat iron 25x6mm size 2x1 welded on M.S. sheet after then M.S. pipe of 1.5 dia. fitted around M.S. flat on the sheet board and 0.5 dia M.S. pipe 4 long welded in M.S. angle iron from two places at one side and two at other to complete the display board. Digging pit size 2x2x3 and grouting above board with 1:2:4 cement, ballast, sand ratio and making plinth of size 1x2. Board shall duly painted by yellow colorand equipment name shall be written in black. 33 SUPPLY 34 Supply & fixing of 250W outdoor type LED flood light complete fitting with all fixing accessories including bracket and clamps of Philips/Crompton/Havells/Bajaj/Halonix make.
