    Hiring of 2 Nos. Diesel Generator (62.5 KVA) including cost of fuel & other consumable for Ground Floor, 1st. Floor & 2nd. Floor of Nadia Division Office Building and Nadia Divisional Store Building, PHE Dte, Kalyani, Nadia (for the period of One Year).- 1 Hire charge of 62.5 KVA generator silent set including all accessories by manually for office as and when required for the office excluding operational and all other charges as per direction ofE.I. C. (Generator rate/day =Rs.734.00- Rs.196.00 =Rs.538.00/Day) Terms & condition :- a)The Departmental will pay the cost of fuel & lubricants atthe prevalling rates as per the consumption given below:- [Considering 365 Working Days / Year, for 2 Nos. generator Total Working Days = 2 * 365 = 730 Days] (1)Fuel consumption (Diesel) @ 14.1 ltr/hr.[1.0 hour (average) run per day =2*365*1.0 hrs*14.1 lts.=10293.00 ltrs.] 2)Lubricants (mobil) @ 10 ltrs of fuel after 500 hrs run. (2*365*1.0 *10/500=14.60 ltrs.)b) The consumption of fuel & libricants will be calculatedfrom the log book to be maintained at site 2 Cost of fuel and lubricant (A) Fuel (Diesel)(Payment will be made as per actual consumption & current market rate) 3 (B) Lubricants (Mobile)(Payment will be made as per actual consumption & current market rate) 4 Operator of Generator [1 No. Operator for 2 Nos. Generator]. 5 Helper / Mazdoor (Male) [1 No. Helper / Mazdoor for 2 Nos. Generator]. 6 Add GST@18 %on Sl. No. 1.03 & Sl No. 1.04 i.e on Rs. 271363.90 7 Add Cess @1 %on Sl. No. 1.03, Sl. No.1.04 & Sl.
