    Tender For Supply And Installation Of Glow Sign Board For Various Branches Under Indian Bank Zonal Office Salem Supply & Installation of Glow Sign Board with Vinyl Fascia of make: LG Hausys Translucent Vinyl with 5 years warranty, Flex Material of make: LG Flex with 5 years warranty and LED Modules of make: LT / ADS 12v Modules. (minimum 3 Modules for each square feet with 7000 or 8000 K colour Temperature) with IP 67 water Proof rating, 50,000 burning hours & 5 years warranty and the LED modules are powered using suitable LED Power Driver of make: LT / ADS (OEM’s make of LED) with Driver Wattage: 30w – 200w. LED Module & LED Power driver should be Dust Proof & IP 67 water proof. Specification of Box: Box should be made of depth 7” on all sides made of 24 gauge Powder coated GI sheet GI sheet on TOP, Bottom and Sides and of 26 Gauge Powder coated GI sheet as Back Panel Frames of size 1”x1” (25mm x 25mm approx.) made of 18 Gauge double framed Square pipe painted with white enamel paint over a coat of anti-rust coating and for edge to edge illumination 1”x1” (25mm x 25mm approx.) Aluminium angle to be provided. All joints to be filled with silicon to prevent water from dripping inside the box and need to provide access door for maintenance of Power Supply and LEDs.
