    Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Of Electrical Installations And Allied Works Installed At Mahesweta Devi Museum-2 Engagement of 2 Nos. of High Skilled Labour & 02 Unskilled Labour Twice in a Week round the year for attending/inspection/operation of Electrical equipments namely CCTV camera system,AC,UPS, Fire Extingushier installed at Mahesweta Devi Museum. 3 Part-B 4 i)Comprehensive Annual Maintenance and servicing of Air conditioning machine of following ratings. 1.5 Ton Split & Castle type both. 5 ii)Replacing and complete overhauling of Fire Extenguisher cylinder. 6 iii) Replacement of 16 Amp. DPMCB.Make-Legrand or equievalent 7 iv) Replacement of 6 Amp. Modular switch. 8 v) Repairing & Replacement of 500watt Metal hallied fittings with replacement of ballet. 9 vi) Repairing & Replacementof 1000 watt Metal hallied fittings with replacement of ballet . 10 vii) Replacement of bell for calling. 11 viii) Replacement of 1/1 feet recessed mounted square shape light lamp. 12 ix) Replacement of 2/2 feet recessed mounted square shape light lamp. 13 x) Replacement of cub light lamp. 14 xi)Replacement of TMC 501 Conventional industrial batten Philips Led tube model no. TMC 501 P 2XT-LED 22W P3242. 15 xii) Replacement of TMC 501 Conventional industrial batten Philips Led tube model no. TMC 501 P 1XT-LED 22W P3242. 16 xii) Replacement of philips LED tube,model no- Mas LED tube 1200mm 18W865 T8 I 2100lm. 17 xiii)Replacement of bucket light lamp. 18 xiv) Repairing of 1Kw UPS. 19 xv) Repairing of CCTV system including monitor. 20 Added:- @ 18% as GST 21 Added:- @ 1% as labour cess
