Civil works by chipping of portion of civil structure required to be chipped off for making the structure foundation and to remove the tiles at the foundation and making the site floor area clear of dimension approximately 1850x1820 mm complete in all respect and making it ready for fastening the foundation at Unit-1.

Manufacturing and supply of steel structure for lowering and lifting of penstock inspection device in manhole of vertical penstock liner unit-1&2 at Tehri HPP by manufacturing and supply different steel structures like ISMB sections, ISMC sections and MS plate of required dimension and Pulley brackets along with pulley assembly, foundation bolts assembly/fasteners, bolts, chequered plates (if needed) etc. and unloading the materialsand tools at site location inclusive of cost ofmaterial, labour,transportation charges and complete in all respect at Unit-1&2.

Fabrication and erection of steel structure for lowering and lifting of penstock inspection device in manhole of vertical penstock liner unit-1 &2 at Tehri HPP to safely and smoothly allow the motion of inspection cage in manhole to guide the guide rope of inspection cage by to cutting the different steel structures as per site condition, by fabricating structure foundation with the help of fasteners and plates and fixing different ISMB, ISMC sections according to job requirement with the help of welding, bolting and bracing plates etc and fixing the pulley bracket along with pulley assemblyof required numbers and at required location as per job requirement. The floor area of structure should be approximately 1850x1820 mm for easily accommodating the inspection cage and height of structure should be approximately 4850 mm for sufficient strength of structure inclusive cost of labor, transportation, various tools like cutter, gas cutter, grinding machine, welding machine, drilling machine, hilty machine etc., ISMBs, ISMCs, MS plates, various consumables like electrode, grinding wheel complete in all respect at Unit-1&2 at Tehri HPP.
