Tender For Construction Of Public Distribution Shop In Thiruvaiyaru Municipality.; 1 Earth work excavation for foundation, etc., in all soil sand sub- soils and to full depth as maybe directed except in hard rock requiring blasting inclusive ofshoring, shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessaryrefilling the foundation with excavated earth other than sandy soil in layers of not more than 15 cmthick well rammed and depositing the surplus earth with in the compound in place shown by the departmental officers within an initial lead and lift and clearing and levelling the site etc.,complete 2 Supply delivery and filling of Stone Dust in layer of not more than 15 cm thick including watering with all layers and consolidation complying with standard specification including cost and conveyence of sand to Site and all labour charges and all other incidential charges etc,. complete as per Standard Specification 3 Cement Conceret 1:4:8 (One Cement fOUR sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation includingdewatering and wherever necessarylaying in layers of 15cm thick and consolidated and curing complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete.- 4 Supplying and errecting centering for plane surfaces such as RCC slab,beam etc.,including strutting upto 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X60cm X and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm for boarding laid over country wood (silver Oak) joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm spaced at 90cm centres and supported by casurina props of size 10 - 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centres including necessary cross bracings etc., complete complying with standard specifications. 5 With Out Strutting 6 With strutting 7 Reinforecement Cement concrete 1:11/2:3 ( one cement one and half part sand and three aggregate) using 20mm size hard broken granite stone jelly for plain concrete including cost of material machine for mixng motor, vibrating charges shoring, strutting and Dewatering wherever necessary laying in layers of 15cm thick consolidation and curing inclusife of all lead and lift etc., complete and as per directed by the departmentalofficers. 8 Supplying fabricating and placing in position of M.S or RTS rods including cutting, bending, placing and tying in position including cost of binding wire etc complete as per standard specification. 9 Brick work in Cement Mortar in 1:5 ( One cement and Five Sand ) using best quality of Country bricks of size 8¾x 4 ¼ x 2 ¾ including all cost of materials and labour charges includingCuring charges etc., complete as per Standard Specificationand as directed by department officials. 10 Upto basement 11 Above basement 12 Special Plasteringwith cement mortar 1:3(One cement three sand) 10mm thickincluding cost and conveyance of materials to site and including all labour charges etc complete. 13 Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement five sand) 12mm thick in all floors and all exposed surfaces including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges,Curing etc completeand as directed by department officials.. 14 Painting the new walls two coats over one coat of priming with best Plastic Exterior Emultion Paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers 15 Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in position steel Windows / Ventilators of the following types; outer frames and shutter frames shall be made out of steel sections confirming to IS.7452 / 1990 t of ‘Z’ section (F.7D) of size 25mm x 20mm x 3mm and mullions are made of (F4B) ‘J’ sections of size 46mm x 25mm x 3mm and sash bars shall be made of ‘T’ section (T2) of size 25mm x 22mm x 3mm. including providing handle cum latch with suitable open shall be left for its easy operation and adjustable wind stay of sufficient length shall be provided for each shutter and with necessary MS angle hold fasts welded to the outer frame and 12mm MS square guard bars shall be welded to the inner flat of the window at equal intervals not exceeding 100 mm spacing and welding 18G MS sheet for panes and including one coat of red oxide primer and charges for fixing in position including dismantling the masonry, concrete and redoing the same duly packed with concrete etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. 16 Window 17 Ventilator 18 Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position ofmild steel door with single/double shutters using M.S angle of size 40 x 40 x 6mm for outer framesand35 x 35 x 5mm for shutter frames,fully covered with M.S sheet of 18 gauge with M.S flat ofsize 32 x 6 mmfor internal stiffners and one number of aldrop , two numbers of tower bolts, holdfasts, hinges, handles etc.,including providing one coat of red oxide primer. The rates shall inclusive of cost of all materials labour charges for fixing the door in position by dismantling the masonry, concrete etc. and redoing the sameto the original condition duly packed with concrete etc., complete. 19 Double shutter 20 Single shutter 21 Supplying andfixingofpush and pull type Roling shtter confirming to IS 6248/1979 and as amended from time to time. With ISI make of approved size and section using 18 gauge G.I.sheet.The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of Hood covers , transportation charges etc., and as directed by Engineer incharge. 22 Painting new iron works with two coats of approved quality and color of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floor etc., complete as per standard specification. 23 Supplying and fixing in position white glazed Indian water closet of size 580 X 440mm of Orissa type of approved quality with P or S trap with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jellylime concrete 1:2:5 ; 100mm thick and finishing the top torequired slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes by dismandling masonry / RCC works and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmentalofficersetc complete as per standard specification. 24 Providing GRANOLITHIC FINISH of the 40mm thick with PCC 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and Four Jelly) using 10mm to 12 mm HBGS jelly etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete. As per standard specification. 25 Supply and run of 2 of 1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V Grade in rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 14SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour 26 Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed SC Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / fan point (For electronic regulator) 27 Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150 mm x 100 mm x 113mm TW switch box in flush with wall with 3 mm thick Hylem sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC plug point. 28 Supply and fixing of 32 Amps DP Switch of 500 V with metal clad with fuse and neutral (Side Handle) on suitable TW Board , with earth connection only 29 Earthing as per P.W.D standard with an earth electrode of 2 Mtr.
