Providing Paver Block road to Burial Ground Road in Morapakkam Village at Morapakkam Panchayat in AcharapakkamPanchayat Union in ChengalpattuDistrict Under State Finance Commission Fund ( District Panchayat -General Fund) 2025-26 Having Package NO: 01/ 2025-26.; 1 EARTHWORK EXCAVATION for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with 2 Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method) .GSB Grading III 3 CEMENT CONCRETE 1:4:8 mix using 40mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for FOUNDATION including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification. 4 CEMENT CONCRETE 1:2:4 mix using 20mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for FOUNDATION including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification. 5 Supply and fixing of centering materilas for Concrete works including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete 6 Supplying and laying inter locking paver block (Surface textured ) Pavements having thickness 80 mm and compacted over a thin bedding sand layer of 30 mm thickness and joints shall be filled by fine sand of specified grading as per table1500.6 ofspecification of Rural road - 2014 and Technical specification clause 1504.(White) 7 GST Amount for providing Service to Government Contract Works for the above Construction Works. { GST Amount is the Total GST Amount for total overall quoted amount above this row in column BB for all works in this package}
