GENERAL-2025-2026-KAU-DPP-Supply and installation facilities in connection with Convocation 2025 at M.C.Vellanikkara.-General Civil Work-- 1 Convocation Arrangements 2 OD219/2025-2026:Providing German hanger fortent framework manufactured from hard pressed aluminium alloy.The rooftop and side walls are made from water proof, flame-retardent double PVC coated polyster fabric . Materials ensuring that tents can withstant extreme winds of upto 90km/hr.The aluminium structure in spans ranging 25 -30m Covering of 900 m2 area and the side height shall be 5m,Sufficient lighting & air conditioning maintaining25°C inside the tent with contractors own generator for power supply, The tent should have with3 entrance with air curtains, carpeting over levelled surface ( levelling will be done departmentaly) and dismantling the same after the program without any loss or damage to the university propertyetc complete as per the direction of departmental officers. 3 OD220/2025-2026:Providing and installingPanthal works using GI sheet roof over GI post support and truss including ceiling with white cloth, providing side wall covering with cloth up to 2m height, sufficient lighting and ceiling fans should be provided inside the hall and dismantling all the materials within 4 daysafter the program without any loss to the university property etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers. 4 OD224/2025-2026:Providing and fixing washbasin unit with a capasity of total 50 taps ( Water connection will be arranged departmentaly) arranged and dismantling all the materials within 4 days after the program without any loss to the university propertyetc complete as per the direction of departmental officers. 5 OD225/2025-2026:Providing and fixing 10 nos of E toilet unitsincluding waste disposal as per rules invoguewith proper water connection inside the toilet and dismantling the same after the program without any loss to the university propertyetc complete as per the direction of departmental officers. 6 OD226/2025-2026:Providing good quality PVC chair with neat cloth covering including all cost for conveyance nd putting in position etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers and to be cleaned within 4 days after the program. 7 OD227/2025-2026:Providing good quality PVC chair including all cost of conveyance and putting in position etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers and to be cleaned within 4 days after the program.
