On the award of the contract, items should be disposed of within a time limit of 15 days 3. Successful FA buyer (H1) after completion of payment, should collect the e-waste on their own cost. 4. Centre/State pollution control board certificate to collect e-waste, GST, PAN to be uploaded 5. FA buyer can inspect the items available at different locations on May 26 2025, between 10.00 AM to May 28 2025, 05.00 PM on prior intimation to this office. Buyer may also contact over the phone - 0427 2336941 / 42 to know the related details. 6. If the buyer is not lifting up the items within the stipulated time on successful award of the contract, Rs.750/ day will be levied as ground rent. 7. Listed items for auction (Actual No. of items) may be varied at the time of collection 8. Rs. 5000 to be deposited as EMD in the form of DD or Bank Guarantee. In case of DD, DD to be drawn in favour of ESI Fund A/c No 1. DD / Bank Guarantee to be sent to be sent to the address The Direcot, General Branch, 39/57, Theerthamalai Commercial Complex Thee Roads, Tamil Nadu 636009 or may be delivered in hand.
