Tender For New Construction Work Of The Remaining Part Of Chiraudi To Khadkhari Road - Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 M.in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. layers including remming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M. lift and 30 M. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with-in 30 M. distance as directed by the Engineer incharge excluding Royallity as per S.I. No. 253(a) Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST. 2 Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2M 30(Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant,near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and finished with Power Trowel Cum Floter-Trimix Flooring Machine.Technical Specification Clause 1501. Including complete shifting of matrials & Concrete etc and cost of all material, labour, T&P,royality, all taxes and labour cess complete . But excluding GST. 3 Providing & fixing reinforced cement concrete M15grade Ordinary Kilometre Stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703. Including cost of all labour, T&P, labour cess and all taxes complete. 4 Providing & fixing reinforced cement concrete M15grade 200 m Stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703. Including cost of all labour, T&P, labour cess and all taxes complete. 5 Providing & fixing Sign boards etc.
