    Tender For Repair work along with painting in house no. 9 and 10 situated at Kalidas Marg - Dismantling Old Plaster or SkirtingRacking out joint and cleaning the surface for plasterincluding disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metars lead. DSR No-15.56, 2 12 mm thick Cement Plaster with Cement mortar in proportion of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). DSR-13.4.1, 3 Removing White or Colour wash by Scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smoothincluding necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.DSR-13.88, 4 Providing and Applying white Cement based Putty of average thickness 1 mm. of approved brand and manufacture. Over the Plastered wall Surface to Prepare the Surface even and Smooth Complete. (DSR-13.80), 5 Finishing wall with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior Paint with Silicone Additives of required Shade Old work. (Two or More Coats applied @1.43 ltr/10 sqm) Over Existing Cement Paint Surface. (DSR-13.112.1), 6 Paintingwith synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufactorar of required colour to give an evan shade Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture DSR No. 13.62.1
