Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately under appropriate items 7 M&L for 5 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) onconcrete surfaces of ceilingand finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on other thanfair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls , finished even and smooth without using extra cementcomplete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for damproofing to wall with two componet Acrylic polymer cementitious water proofelastomeric coating food grademix to form uniform slurry and apply with paint brush as first coat then laying a layer of fibre glass mesh clothas first coat is still green with overlap of joits ofFibre mesh not be less than100mm , then finally apply second layer mixby brush to entire surface of container covering0.6-0.75sqm /kg at 1mm thickness in two coat depending on the level of substrate and curing it for minimum 3 days.Note : Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of materials all labours, tools and plants, scaffolding and working upto height 6 mtr etc. Adoption of necessary safety arrangements like safety belts ropes, helmets netting etc which are required for safety of worker working at height exceeding 6 mtr shall be mandatary and deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates. complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L for applying wall care Zero, lime, flexible, water resistance anti fungal 1.5 mm thick two coats of oil bound distemperin new surface over a coat of alkali resitance primer to internal plaster surface complete all as specified and directed. 11 M&L for prepration of new plaster surfaces of wall and applying two coats of High penetration water resistance, anti bacterial NANO cement base paint over a coat of NANO alkaliwater resisitance primer complete all as spceified and direted . 12 M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed. 13 Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:5:10) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling in sunken floors including demolition of cementin concrete (unreinforced)of any description and in any position in ground floor and pavings any thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed. 14 Material and labour for Water proofing treatment to sunken floors of kitchen, toilets, laboratories, bath and WCs etc shall be as under :-(a) Application of Two component Acrylic modified cementitious coating(i) The surfaces to be applied shall be completely dry andfree from containments such as dirt, dust, oil, surface treatments and old coatings. Concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared using abrasive blast cleaning or milling to remove cement laitance, existing coatings and achieve a gripping profile that is clean, dry and free from laitance and any other form of surface contamination. The installation instructions in manufacturer’s published literature should be strictly complied with, including but not limited to the following :- (ii) Chipping out any visible cracks in “V-Groove” pattern as applicable. Special attention on this part. Cleaning of cracks & then filling those cracks with SIKA latex SBR 100 putty/ Dr Fixit 302 SBR latex / Perma latex SBR / FOSROC Nitabond SBR latex / Asian Paints latex as required. Final cleaning of surface with power grinder, wire brush, hair brush & vacuum pressure if required.(iii) Dampen all surfaces immediately ahead of application of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating of Sika Top Seal – 107 / Brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO. 15 (iv) Whilst the surface is still damp from saturation (S.S.D), apply one coat of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating of Sika Top Seal – 107 / Brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer’s instructions.(v) Apply Glass Fabric Sheet of Sika Fab 1 / FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP whilst the first coat is wet.(vi) Once touch dry, apply second coat of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating of Sika Top Seal – 107 / Brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer’s instructions on the entire area.(vii) Second coat shall be applied after 6-8 Hrs of application of previous coat andin the direction right angle to the previous coat. (viii) The waterproofing coating should be taken to a height minimum 300 mm above the finished floor level on the vertical surface.(ix) It is essential to cure Acrylic modified Cementitious coating immediately after application (minimum 6-8 Hrs drying) for a minimum of 3 to 5 days to ensure full cement hydration and to minimize cracking.(x) A protection plaster (12-15mm thick) in CM 1:3 admixed with appropriate Integral water proofing compound has to be applied on the walls. 16 Admixture : Sika Plastocrete Plus / FOSROC / Dr Fixit / STP / CICO confirming to IS 2645.Providing and applying a protection screed of 50mm thick 1:4, cement sand mortar admixed with Sika Plastocrete over the applied water proofing coating on horizontalsurfaces.Admixture : Sika Plastocrete Plus / FOSROC / Dr Fixit / STP / CICO confirming toIS 2645(xi) All the corners and joints should be pre-treated with an elastic waterproofingsealing tape with a Woven bonding mesh on each surface and an elastic expansionszone in the centre of Make Sika Seal Tape S/FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP.(xii) The membrane has to be protected in accordance with the manufacturer’srecommendations until placement of concrete. The membrane to be inspected fordamage just prior to concrete placement and make repairs in accordance withmanufacturer’s recommendations(xiii) Waterproofing treatment has to be carried out through applicators authorised 17 (b)All the joints of pipes and traps within the sunken portion shall be sealed properly by epoxy sealant. (c)Al CI traps in sunken slabs to be enclosed with PCC 1:1.5:3 (min 15cm) All-round. (d)The sunken portion shall be filled with PCC 1:5:10type E-2 (using 40mm stone aggregate) completeall as specified (e)Providing drainage spout pipe GI 40 mm dia bore light grade upto outside of outer wall (Approx 450 mm to 600 mm long) including cutting to existing wall and making good the disturbed surfacecomplete all as specified and directed.(f)Providing 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring for laying floor finish all as specified.
