Surface excavation in any type of soil averaging 30 cm deep and removing excavated soil upto a distance not exc 500m, filling back/ spreading with 30 cm thick stone/ pebble free fine grained red earth, breaking the clads with wooden sludge’s and treating soil with pesticides (i.e, Bavitin and Neem cake, BHC 10 % linson dust, thimment of phorate, super and vermi compost in ration (1:3) including turfing , laying of carpet grass ready made of approved quality, turfs laid side by side without undulation/ depressions and ramming the surface complete including quality watering up to rooting depth grown minimum 30 days after laying and finer dressing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Digging of pit of size 500mmx 500mmx500 mm in any type of soil including removal of excavated soil and filling back the pit with suitable growing media like red earth by treating with farm yard manure in the ratio (3:1), fertilizers and pesticides (i.e, Bavitin and Neem cake , BHC 10% linson dust, thimment or phorate, super and vermi compost) and making up the trench area to proper levels including supply and planting treeplants of approved quality/ species 0.9m to 1.00m height one year old with proportionate girth as approved by GE and with tree plants life guarantee of 06 months and all as specified and as directed

Maintenance of amamental plants/ trees/ hedges etc for a period of two years using the provided system and chemical measuring wit system such as drip irrigation/ sprincler system and applying vermi compost, neem cake pesticides and micro nutrients as per mgf instr once in a year in every three months as directed by Eng-in-charge.
