    Tender For Electrical Defect Rectification => Limited 1 L-1417: Overhauling of heating control panel of calorifier (36 KW, 415V, 3-Ph). Inway jobs included:-(a) Renewal of defective components in junction box which includes ceramic connectors, 2- way terminals blocks and thermostat. (b) Renewal of all terminal blocks.(c) Renewal of wiring from terminal connectors to heating elements (Wire gauge- 10 Sq mm, Length - 5 mtrs, Mat- Copper and heat resistancesleeve).(d) Removal and fitment of heating elements, if defective replace it including renewal of defective paper gaskets, bolts and nuts as per specification (Material: firm supply). Heating Elements- CG supply. 2 L-1418:Leakage observed from calorifier bottom plate. Defect to be rectified and proved for satisfactory operation. Inway job includes:(a) Removal of outer cell plate.(b) Repairing/ renewal of bottom plate (Mat- SS, Dia- 60 MM, Thickness- 4MM).(c) Fibre wool removal and fitment.(d) Fitment of outer plate post defect rectification.
