    Tender For Painting work in house no.-09 located in Gautampalli colony - Dismantling Old Plaster or SkirtingRacking out joint and cleaning the surface for plasterincluding disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metars lead. DSR No-15.56, 2 12 mm thick Cement Plaster with Cement mortar in proportion of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). DSR-13.4.1, 3 Removing White or Colour wash by Scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smoothincluding necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.DSR-13.88, 4 Providing and Applying white Cement based Putty of average thickness 1 mm. of approved brand and manufacture. Over the Plastered wall Surface to Prepare the Surface even and Smooth Complete. (DSR-13.80), 5 Wall Painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (VolatileOrganic Compound) Content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture, lncluding applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two Coat, DSR.N0-13.82.2), 6 Finishing wall with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior Paint with Silicone Additives of required Shade Old work. (Two or More Coats applied @1.43 ltr/10 sqm) Over Existing Cement Paint Surface.
