Tender For Phosphoric Acid Storage Tank ( P2o5 ) Dyke Wall Inside Drain Repair And Acid Proof Brick Lining Work At Willingdon Island , Fact(Cd). => Limited; 1 Phosphoric Acid Storage tank ( P2O5 ) dyke wall inside drain repair and Acid proof brick lining work at Willingdon Island , FACT(CD). 2 Dismantling CC/RCC works including separately removing & stacking available reinforcement & clearing away the debris as per directions within a distance of 150 m. 3 Chipping Acid proof bricks/ Refractory bricks /Refractory castable etc. of any thickness &stacking useful materials for reuse including disposal of debris within a distance of 150 m, cleaning the surface etc complete as per directions. 4 Earth work excavation in all classes of soil including narrickal but excluding hard rock which require blasting including back filling in basement & sides of foundation, depositing on bank within an initial lead of 50 m including breaking clods, watering, ramming and sectioning of spoil bank etc.complete - Up to 1.5 m depth from ground level. 5 Providing formwork to RCC works with necessary wooden planks, joists, runners, posts etc.including removal after completion of works-For columns/Foundation footings 6 Providing reinforcements to RCC works with MS / Tor steel rods including all charges for conveying, straightening/uncoiling, cutting, bending, placing rods in position & tying with GI / black annealed tying wire of suitable gauge etc. complete.including cost of reinforcement 7 Cement Concretework in 1:1½:3 nominal mix using 20 mm and downgrade hard granite broken stone including all charges for cement ,mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing etc.complete but excluding cost of form work & reinforcement works.For foundation footings, bottom & sides of trenches, equipment foundations, plinth beams, lintels, slabs, columns & beams etc.up to 5 m from ground level. 8 Conveying Acid proof/ Refractory bricks/Carbon Bricks,suitable powder and solution etc.from store and lining towalls , drains, floors & foundations etc as per standard specifications as per departmental instructions.(Bricks and lining materials for the work will be supplied by the company free of cost at General Store) 9 Supply of Pottassium silicate solution Conforming to IS:4832 Part I (Latest) 10 Supply of Pottassium silicate powder Conforming to IS:4832 Part I (Latest) 11 Collecting spoil earth, debris etc.from site, conveying to places with an average lead of 1 KM by mechanical transport, dumping and forming embankment for filling, spreading in layers as per directions (20%deduction will be made if measured loose in lorries & from stack). 12 Providing man Mazdoor forlabour assistancefor emergency works which are not covered in the Schedule of work.
