Tender For Mechanical repair works to 02 cusec Horizontal Pump (Unit 1st) at LIS Beigh Mohalla Watlar of MISD Ganderbal.- 1 Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of Pump using appropriate means of transport as under: Tata Mobile (lead distance= 30 km one side) site to workshop 2 Extra per kilometer for lead >1.0 kms upto 5.0 kms 3 Extra per kilometer for lead >5.0 kms upto 10.0 kms 4 Extra per kilometer for lead >10.0 kms upto 20.0 kms 5 Extra per kilometer for lead >20.0 kms upto 30.0 kms 6 Complete dismantling ofhorizontal pump (all types) by way of:Disconnecting all leads from the motor and marking the terminals, uncoupling of motor from the pump. Disassembling, dismantling and segregation of various pump parts such as shaft and sleeves, impeller, gland, fasteners, etc. : Suction size 150 mm 7 Extra per additional stage over corresponding suction size 8 Repairs to damaged SS shaft by way of rebuilding of shaft using high quality SS electrodes (Ador/ Advani/ ESAB makes) and then turning the shaft on lathe machine to remove the excess material deposited and restore the original dimensions and profile of the shaft: one damaged spot on shaft length 9 Extra for each subsequent damaged spot over the corresponding diameter 10 Supply of new bearing as under (Make: SKF imported/ equivalent imported): Bearing No. 6313 C3 Deep grove ball bearing. 11 Replacement of Driving End (DE) bearing of thehorizontal pump by way of: Uncoupling of motor from the pump, isolating of DE bearing. Carefully extracting the old damaged bearing from the housing with the help of bearing puller, etc and fiting of new bearing in its place. Refiting back of pump parts, coupling and alignment with the pump. 12 Supply of new bearing as under (Make: SKF imported/ equivalent imported): Bearing No. 3313 DNRCBM Double row angular contact ball bearing. 13 Replacement of Non-Driving End (NDE) bearing of the horizontal pump by way of: Opening the end cover of NDE bearing housing. Carefully extracting the old damaged bearing from the housing with the help of bearing puller, etc and fitting of new bearing in its place. Refitting back of pump parts, coupling and alignment with the pump. 14 Complete assembling of the horizontal pump after cleaning of all parts throughly with petrol, coupling and alignment with motor, connecting of motor leads and testing on full load 15 Extra per additional stage over corresponding suction size 16 Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of Pump using appropriate means of transport as under: Tata Mobile (lead distance= 30 km one side) back to site 17 Extra per kilometer for lead >1.0 kms upto 5.0 kms 18 Extra per kilometer for lead >5.0 kms upto 10.0 kms 19 Extra per kilometer for lead >10.0 kms upto 20.0 kms 20 Extra per kilometer for lead >20.0 kms upto 30.0 kms 21 Modication to the existing 125 mm delivery pipeline by way of: (Note: The extra 125 mm dia 12 ft. long approx. pipe length needed will be provided by the department) 22 Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of the 125 mm dia 12 ft. long approx. pipe length from LIS Rakhi Zakura to LIS Begh Mohalla Watlar using Tata mobile. 23 Providing of natural rubber gasket for flanged joints with nominal size 125 mm 24 P/F of MS nuts & bolts of assorted size 25 Dismantling of the exisiting 125 mm delivery pipe of approx. 15 ft. length along with bends/offset at site by way of disconnecting of pipe joints/bends/offsets. The job includes stacking/dragging of the material at site with skilled labour. Refitting of the pipe with modification to bends/offsets complete as per site requirement. The job includes cutting of the 125 mm dia hole on the existing rising main by way of cutting & then welding after fitting of the new connection. The job also includes arrangement of welding set at site for the execution of work at site.
