Dismantling of old ACB &otheraccessories from existing Panel ,removing of all cable connection after taking shut downwith help of ,heavy labour etc.

Providing /fixing and making connection of bus bar size suitable for 800Amp. Current carrying capacity. including links, bends aluminum bus bar will be of electrolytic grade 55% conductivity or as per relevant IS having sufficient cross section area insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve inphase color identification. The bus bar support insulator shall be of class F insulation. All hard ware for connection/joints shall be in high tensile.

Cleaning through CRC & insulation on bus bar by PVC tapping on horizontal & vertical bus bar

Servicing/overhauling & checking of control wiring remaining ACB & other components, cleaning/greasing of contact parts, decarbonizing the contact. & re-fitting of the components at their respective space.

Loading, Unloading, Cartage and Transportation charges for the above Panel up to the site including charges of heavy labour etc.

Testing & commissioning ofACB,as per required parameters with relevant IS .testing of the panel prior to switching on as follow :- i) Continuity and earth testing. (ii) Meggaring of all equipments for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth. (iii) checking for all tightness of nut and bolts. (iv) Alignments of doors etc. (v) Interlocking tests. (vi) All function tests. Testing on NO LOAD and then ON LOAD as per the satisfaction of engineer in charge
