Tender For Various Miscellaneous Work At 132 Kv S/S I.A. (Rathi), 132 Kv S/S Upsidc Masurie And 220 Kv (Hybrid) S/S Pratap Vihar, Under Electricity Transmission Division-Ii Ghaziabad - Work of repairing/replacement of upper side porceine insululator of pole of33 KV VCB at 132 KV S/S I.A. (Rathi) and UPSIDC masurie. 2 Dismantling of the pole assembly of different phases of33 KVbreaker ( Alsthommake) including dismantling of vacum interrupter assembly with copper shunt, copper block & drive insulator . Replacement of damaged upper porceine insulator of pole with new porceine insulator and refitting of vacum interrupter assembly with copper shunt & copper block. Lifting of pole assembly for fitting at its original place/position.Work also includes time testing ofCB after completing the job.i) R phase ofCB NO. 6 (Alstommake) SSGT feeder at 132 KV S/S I.A. (Rathi) .ii)Yphase ofCapacitor Bank-III (CGL Make) at 132 KV S/S I.A. (Rathi).iii) Yphase of33 KV Bus Coupler(Siemens make) at 132 KV S/S UPSIDC Masurie. Note : 1) All special T&P shall be arranged by contractor. 3 Making of delta earthing for LA of 63MVA T/F-I and 63 MVA T/F-II as per UPPTCL norms. 4 Providing and fixing of new isolator mechanism operating motor of 220 KV hybrid module in place of defective motor having rating 220 V DC, 450 W, 2.7A and 4500 RPM .Work also includes dismantling of operating box as given below then removing of damaged motor after opening of all the connections and replace withnew motor after with all the connections and checking of operation.1. R Phase DS 3 of 160 MVA TF-2 (HV side Hybrid Module) 2. Y phase DS1 of60 MVA TF-1. (HV side Hybrid Module). 5 Repairing & rewinding of transformer cooling fans having rating 3- phase, 220 V AC ,50 HZ 2.5 KW ,1440 rpm providedfor 63 MVA T/F-II(M/S T&R) Rewinding of fan with super enameled copper wire of class-B insulator varnish, replacement of both side ball-bearing , cock seal etc whatsoever needed to complete work with satisfaction. .The work also includes opening of cooling fans from transformer radiatorand re mounting at the transformer radiator after fan repair and then checking/testing at load condition for proper/smooth running.
