Tender For Repair And Servicing Of Geysers, Ceiling, Exhaust And Wall Fans Incl Replacement Of Fan Motor At Altinho, Bambolim And Other Minor Units Under Ge Panaji; 1 Disconnecting electrical wire from ceiling rose, taking down ceiling fan of any type/size and make, removing substances from bearing, bush by using kerosene oil, carrying out fresh lubrication using grease and to make the ceiling fan noise free for smooth functioning (including replacement of worn-out / unserviceable like capacitor, connector, canopy, bearing, down road, PVC cable etc) assembling the repaired ceiling fan includingtestinghanging the ceiling fan as its own position, connection with point wiringcomplete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Spare parts to be replaced shall be measured and paidseparately., as supply only items was labour element involves for replacement of spare parts shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer). 2 All as peritem No.1 here in before but for exhaust fan 300 mm/380 mm sweep. 3 All as peritem No.1 here in before but for exhaust fan 450 mm sweep. 4 All as peritem No.1 here in before but for PVC Ventilating fan 200 mm sweep. 5 Removing of burnt out fan winding and rewinding of the of starter with suitable size of copper enamelled wire,(weight of copper coil shall be same as dismantled fan) of ceiling Fan of any make and size 1200 / 1400 mm sweep of existing gauge to obtain the specified and satisfactory RPM as per manufacturers specification, including replacement of all insulation materials, varnishing heating, drying, assembling of stator & rotor etc testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 6 All as per item No. 5 above but for exhaust fan of any make / type and size 300 mm/380mm sweep. 7 All as per item No.5 above but for wall mounted fan of any make/type and of size up to 400 mm sweep. 8 All as peritem No.5 here in before but for PVC Ventilating fan 200 mm sweep. 9 Supply only shaft for ceiling fan of size 1200mm 10 Supply only ball bearing of any size and type suitable for any type / make / size of ceiling fan . 11 All as per item No.10 above but for exhaust fan of any type/make and size (300 /380 mm sweep) . 12 Supply only capacitor 230 Volts AC 50 HZ and rated capacity 2.5 MFD for ceiling fan. 13 Supply only capacitor 230V AC 50 HZ and rated capacity 3.15 MFD for exhaust fan. 14 S&F in repairsMS down rod medium grade 15mm bore of suitable size(upto 1.2 meter lenth as required at site) with making split holes, cut or thread at both end of pipe as required for hanging of ceiling fan including gromet/ reel type rubber pad with clamp & bolts, nuts and washers including two coats of synthetic enamel white paint over one coat of primer all as directed 15 Supply only U shape shakle clamp asssembly incl checknut , bolt, screws, washer, lock nut, rubber, reel etc and connecting complete all as specified 16 S&F in repairslouvers shutter made of MS sheet metal 1.2mm thick for square base and 0.8mm thick for flaps confirming of mounting edges frames made of MS Flat of size 25mmx3mm including heavy duty rust proof passivated bolts, of size 50mm long 8mm dia to be fixed on wall after drilling and duly painted by two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (spray painting) over a coat of primer for exhaust fans up to size 380 mm sweep. 17 S&F in repairslouvers shutter made of MS sheet metal 1.2mm thick for square base and 0.8mm thick for flaps confirming of mounting edges frames made of MS Flat of size 25mmx3mm including heavy duty rust proof passivated bolts, of size 50mm long 8mm dia to be fixed on wall after drilling and duly painted by two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (spray painting) over a coat of primer for exhaust fans up to size 300 mm sweep. 18 Supply only Metallic Fan Blade suitable for Exhaustfan of size 300 mm sweep all as directed. 19 Supply only Metallic Fan Blade suitable for Exhaustfan of size 450 mm sweep all as directed. 20 S&F in repairs of Metallic Fan Blades suitable for Ceiling fans of size 1200 mm sweep all as directed. 21 Taking out unserviceable geyser of any make and capacity for necessary repair/replacement including refixing the same in original position after repair including one coat of white synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old surface complete all as specified. (NOTE : spare parts shall be paid separately under supply only rate) 22 Supply only 15 mm size CP Brass inlet and outlet assembly complete with rubber gasket, nuts, bolts and washers suitable for housing heating elements, thermostat etc. for 25 litre capacity storage type water heater complete all as specified and directed.Make - Dasspass, Ditz, Racold, Havells 23 Supply only PVC connection pipes inner wiremesh type 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm hot and cold with both ended brass flare nuts for geyser connection.
