Dismantling aluminum partitions, doors, fixed glazing including removing vertical members as per site requirement with due care to avoid any damages to existing framing work, including shifting of dismantled material to the work place in same building etc. complete. This item includes the cost of disposal of unserviceable surplus material as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 34.00 Sqm One Square Metre 2 Labour charges for fixing of aluminum partitions/aluminum doors with available aluminum section including fixing of 12 mm pre-laminated particles board paneling, glazing with glass panes etc, all design as per the directions of the engineer-in-charge(The rate includes the cost of modifying /cutting, straightening, metering the available aluminum sections/particle board/glass pane with PVC beading to required size, necessary stainless steel screws, rawl plugs, with fixing clips. expansion hold fasteners to RCC/Bricks work/Stone Works including filling up gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/Neoprene gasket etc. and other incidental charges, labour for fixing at floors etc.as per drawings),The Joints of particle board panels etc. are to be made good by using adhesive/PVC beading etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 25.00 Sqm One Square Metre 3 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :
