Dte.- 1 Supply & delivery of automatically controlled Diaphargm type Chlorinator for accurate dosing of Chlorine solution into the water by connecting metering pump ( diaphragm type) having following specification:- Pump type :: DiaphragmLiquid :: Chlorine solutionCapacity ( LPH) :: 0-100Pressure kg/cm2 ( Testing) :: 10Pressure kg/cm2 ( suction) :: FloodedPressure kg/cm2 ( Hydro) :: 15Connection Suction :: ½” Hose HolderConnection Discharge :: ½: Hose HolderMOC Liquid End :: PPDiaphragm :: PTFENRV :: PPDrive capacity :: 0.5HP, 3 phase, 50Hz, 415V, 1440 RPMMotor Coupling capacity :: Flexible SpiderStrainer :: Y type, PP, ½” BSP (F)Pressure Relief Valve :: Inbuilt.Solution Tank :: 100 ltr capacity ( Including making provision for inlet line to the actual storage tank of dosing solution of all materials. [ Test & Warranty Certificates are to be submitted at the time of delivery ] 2 Installation of above supplied Chlorinator including supplying of suitable capacity main switch ( Havells) Starter & drawing of power line by supplying PVC copper wire & continuous earthing. This include the cost of all necessary foundation ( at least 200mm height) with concrete mixture ( sand, cement, stone) and neat cement finish by supplying of all required materials and testing the entire set by supplying necessary chemical for at least 04 ( four) hours trial run as per entire satisfaction of the EIC. 3 Add GST @ 18% 4 Add Cess @ 1%
