Erection of fabricated 500 NB water line after removing the existing 500 NB damaged line through the culvert of container road near GAIL building.

Transportation of new 500 NB pipe line from FACT store to work site near GAIL building located at the south side of container road (Vehicle for transportation, loading & unloading is under the scope of contractor)

Cleaning of culvert for the removal of old pipe line and erection of new line by removing mud & water by using manpower and equipment.

Dismantling of old 500 NB pipe line from the work site near GAIL building and transportation to material conservation yard after weighing (Vehicle for transportation, loading & unloading is under the scope of contractor)

Coating and Wrapping of pipeline - Application shall be one coat EPOXY COAL TAR paint on the pipe after thorough cleaning and wrap with corrosion resistant tape of 4 mm thick with 25 mm minimum overlap on each turn. (Both Coating and Wrapping material shall be in contractor’s scope. Payment shall be made only for the area of wrapped portion of pipe.)
