Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete as per drawings, specification and as directed by the Engineer In Charge. NOTE: Maximum height of job required at site is 12m. More than 3m height job requires metallic scaffolding as per IS 2750. Arranging the scaffolding materials and making scaffolding is in the scope of contractor.

Providing & applying one coat of exterior primer of approved brand and manufacture suitable forAcrylic Smooth exterior paint applied @ 2.20kg / 10 sqm. at all height includingnecessary scaffolding etc. complete as per manufacturer\"s specification and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.NOTE: Maximum height of job required at site is 12m. More than 3m height job requires metallic scaffolding as per IS 2750. Arranging the scaffolding materials and making scaffolding is in the scope of contractor.

Providing & applying Acrylic Smooth exterior paint over the wall (after application of primer as per sl. No.02) of Apex Ultima of M/s Asian Paints/Excel of M/s Nerolac/Weather Shield Max of M/s ICI Dulux/weathercoat of M/s Berger or other approved equivalent make and shade over the plain plastered/sand face/rough cast plaster/pointing surface/RCC jali/RCC fins at locations as required on old wall surface (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) at all height includingnecessary scaffolding etc. complete as per manufacturer\"s specification and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.NOTE: Maximum height of job required at site is 12m. More than 3m height job requires metallic scaffolding as per IS 2750. Arranging the scaffolding materials and making scaffolding is in the scope of contractor.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead as per drawings, specification and as directed by the Engineer.NOTE: The said work will be execute as need basis at site only and maximum height of job required at site is 12m. More than 3m height job requires metallic scaffolding as per IS 2750. Arranging the scaffolding materials and making scaffolding is in the scope of contractor.

Providing & applying Cement plaster (In fine sand) ) : 12mm cement plaster of mix1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) as per drawings, specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.NOTE: The said work will be execute as need basis at site only and maximum height of job required at site is 12m. More than 3m height job requires metallic scaffolding as per IS 2750. Arranging the scaffolding materials and making scaffolding is in the scope of contractor.
