Tender For Provision Of 125 Kva Generator Set For Otm Accommodation Under Ge 969 Ews(Job No: Lbcw/02/2024-25/46 Rr Bn)(Job No: W/Amwp-01/Stn Hq Chowkibal/24-25); 1 Supply installation Testing & Commissioning ofDiesel Engine driven generating set outdoor type of capacity 125 KVA suitable BHP, CPCB-IV nearest higher side 400/440 volts, AC 3 phase, 50 HZ 4 wire, 0.8 PF directly coupled alternator and engine water cooled with AMF Panel common steel base fixed on Cement concrete in foundation as per OEM recommendation DG set of 125 KVA platform with inbuilt AMF panel with 2 Nos suitable size of contactors as 01 No for main supply and 01 No for DG supply as per manufacturer recommendation and other accessories comprising of following. Note:-1. The DG Set shall be design considering the derating factor of altitude 5204 ft above sea level extreme cold climate in winters. The ambient temp varies from -10 degree C (in winter) to 35 degree C (in summer). 2. After considering of derating factor by Manufacturer on above location in ser No 1 the net output is reqd of 125 KVA DG set. 3. The Plinth shall be as per Manufacturer recommendation and the rate of plinth is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (a) ENGINE - ECO friendly for emission and noise (PCB NORM COMPLIACE) 4 stoke diesel Engine confirming to BS standered, 1500 RPM turbocharged water cooled complete with a provision for 10% overload capacity for one hour in 12 hours continous running on 125 KVA with standered accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation, salient features of accessories shall be as under:- 2 (i) Fly wheel with housing and starter ring for generating set.(ii) Dry pe Air filter. (xix) Fuel tank of suitable capacity as per Manufacturer recommendation complete with fuel gauge inlet/outlet connections drain valve with plug etc. 3 (B) ALTERNATOR- Salient pole brushless copper wound type suitable for direct couple to engine self-excited, self-regulated with fast response thermistor type electronic automatic voltage withhold output voltage with in desired limit(+1%) Dynamically balanced 400/415 volts AC 3 phase 50 HZ, 4 wire 0.8 PF lagging 10 KVA 1500 RPM star connected (4 wire) screen protected drip proof enclosures with radial fan mounted on rotor with insulation class- H suitable for ambient temperature varies from -4 degree C in winter to 35 degree C in summer with following accessories.(i) Battery of suitable capacity as per manufacturer recommendation with copper leads and terminals of suitable size. (ii) One set of AVM pads fitted on base frame (C) Acoustic Enclosure- Supply & install of Acoustic Enclosure suitable for 125 KVA DG set the degree of protection IP-42 conforming to IS-2147 as under:-(i) Fabricated out of CRCA sheet of suitable thickness as per manufacture design Polyester based powder coated internally and externally with lockable type door handle. All nuts and handles shall be zinc coated. (ii) The doors are gasketed with EPDM gaskets. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof. Earthing plate shall be surrounded by alternate layers 15cm thick of charcoal or coke and common salt all around bottom and top, 20mm dia Gl medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, PCC chamber pit made with PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 20mm graded crushed store aggregate) including necessary form work, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceed ing 50 M, pit cover 40 mm thick made with RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed store aggregate) including TMT reinforcement 80 mm dia @ 75 mm C/C both way, MS handle of 12 mm dia, cover rest on MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm embedded in concrete duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part-1 and all as specified and directed. 8 Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1,5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth, for foundations, laying of pipes etc not exceeding 10sqm on plan for manholes etc and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft and loose soil, complete all as specified and directed. 9 Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm.in hard/dense soil, all as specified. 10 Removing excavated material not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, all as specified. 11 Supply and laying of burnt clay building bricks, sub-class B (old size) Designation 75 laid flat in tranches for cable protection with wide equal to length of brick, complete all as specified and directed 12 M & L for dry sand cushioning to under ground electric cable on layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and second. yer of 15cm thick after laying the cable all as specified in clause 19.75 of MES schedule part-I Note:-Sand shall be fine sand as specified for plastering.
