Annualcomprehensive maintenance of 3 No\"s of 125 KVA Generatorin 390 No’sSFS Flats at MKB Nagar, Chennai for the Period From 01.06.2025 to 31.03.2026. By engaging trained specialist employees by the company under expert guidence of its technical staff with the following features. The work of servicing and check up 40 KVA Diesel Generator.1.Check the engine oil level,filter and clean the container,usually check all the lubrication lines for damages or leakages, change the unconditioned parts if necessary.2.Check the hose, V-belt, Fan,Fan belt, Water pump,and engine temperature change the unconditioned parts if necessary.3.Check the air locks,air restriction,case breather and air elements.all completed as directed by the departmental officers.4.Check the fuel line connection for leaks or damage,Governor leakage and drain the sediments from crank case.Check the fuel filter and change the parts if necessary.5.Check Chrging system,Battery condition,Exhaust restriction, Smoke condition,alternateor and safety controls.6.Normally Check and Clean the engine, tightness the mounting bolts nuts and replace bolts nuts, screws if necessary.7.Check the temperature coolant and radiator.The replacing of any spare parts if necessary the meterials supplied cost will be paid by departmental.
