Tender For Design, Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning (Dsitc) Of Variable Refrigerant Flow (Vrf / Vrv) Technology Based Air-Conditioning System For Police Guard Room Area At Banks Main Office Premises In Lucknow Outdoor units (ODUs) (as per Section IX: Technical Specifications of the tender) (Supply): Supply of approved make modular type air cooled type outdoor units (ODU) of variable refrigerant flow / variable refrigerant Volume (VRF/ VRV) type air conditioning system for cooling type only (as per conditions and specifications laid down under Section IX: Technical Specifications of this tender) of following capacities, microprocessor based controller, top discharge type condensing units, with Inverter based Variable frequency drive & hermetically sealed scroll compressor working with R 410A or better refrigerant, vibration isolators, with suitable foundation (civil foundation shall be constructed by Bank as per details & dimensions provided by OEM) etc., with refrigerant-cooled for better performance complete as required. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI Conditions and work even at 49°C ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The ODU shall have low noise condenser fans with sufficient external static pressure of the outdoor unit to avoid hot air recirculation. The compressor and VRV / VRF Outdoor make should be same having compressor motor as per OEM. The unit shall also have feature to automatically modulate the evaporative temperature with respect to load for better comfort and energy efficiency. The Unit should have free phase technology so that unit can work in case of phase reversal also without tripping of units. The system shall be suitable to operate on 3 phase, 400 V (with ±10% variation), 50Hz (with ±3% variation) AC power supply & shall comprise of air cooled axial flow condenser fan (with upward throw) with motor, condenser coils with Aluminium fins, microprocessor control panel, starter / drive controls for all scroll compressors and condenser fan motors along with internal control and power wiring, cooling coil with internally interconnected refrigerant pipes for interconnecting various capacity modules to meet desired HP rating of the ODU, if required, charging port and all other required accessories & hardware. The unit should also consist of In-Built Internal Thermal protector, Internal Pressure Relief valve, High Pressure cut-out, Low pressure cut-out for compressor protection etc. The units shall also be protected against any variations in power supply (over/ under voltage, phase reversal, single phasing etc.) beyond acceptable levels (400V ± 10%). The entire unit shall be with weather resistant powder coating paint for withstanding all ambient conditions for continuous outdoor operation. The unit should be capable of functioning in ambient conditions of Lucknow 22 HP (combination of two /three no’s module units maximum) capacity outdoor unit , including of GST
