Replacement of damage Pumping machinery at Khule and allied works at Samudragarh, Ganganandapur and other water supply schemes under Central Mechanical Division P.H.E. Dte.- 1 Khule PH 2 2 Thorough checking for finding out the faultin Pumping machinery as per direction of EIC. 3 Carrying charges for carrying one nos 12.5 HP pump motor set from PHE office (purto Bhavan) to Khule water supply scheme including loading & unloaidng complete as per direction of E.I.C. 4 Supply & delivery of thefollowing materials. 5 FASD Three Phase415 v ,Submersible Pump starter contactor rating 25A with short circuit protection (with auto switch).(relay range 13.2-20 amp).make- BCH/approved make 6 Hiring charges of derrick set for withdrawing of pumping machinery as per direction of EIC. 7 Withdrawing of 12.5 HP oldpump-motor setby hired derick arrangement after disconnection of all electircal and pipe line connection completeas per direction of EIC. 8 Installtionof 12.5 HP pumping machinery & above supplied items by hired derick arrangement and making all electrical and pipe line connection complete as per direction of EIC. 9 Samudragarh PH 2 10 Thorough checking for finding out the faultin Pumping machinery as per direction of EIC. 11 Supply & delivery of thefollowing materials. 12 FASD Three Phase415 v ,Submersible Pump starter contactor rating 25A with short circuit protection (with auto switch).(relay range 13.2-20 amp).make- BCH/approved make 13 Labour charges for dismantling of damage items and fitting fixing of above items and testing complete as per direciton of EIC. 14 Ganganandapur PH 2 15 Thorough checking for finding out the faultin Pumping machinery as per direction of EIC. 16 Carrying charges for carrying 12.5 HP pump motor set from PHE office (purto Bhavan) to Ganganandapur water supply scheme including loading & unloaidng complete as per direction of E.I.C. 17 Supply & delivery of thefollowing materials. 18 3 mtr long 80mm dia UPVC standard type column pipe [cream color] with both side threaded and one end side socketed with registered KPMG. 19 1.1 KV grade 4 sq.mm x 3 Core water proof flat submersible cable for above motor. 20 3 dia. X 5 ft long M.S. (7.1 mm Thick) Column pipe having both side 11 TPI Thread and Socket. 21 80mm. dia. top & bottom adaptor 22 FASD Three Phase415 v ,Submersible Pump starter contactor rating 25A with short circuit protection (with auto switch).(relay range 13.2-20 amp).make- BCH/approved make 23 Anti snapping safety device made of suitable size & heavy type M.S. fabricated busket for resting the above pump set, with eye bolt/H. bolt 25.mm.dia. arrangement (4 ends), clamps for holding pump motor, Nuts & bolts etc. complete as per direction EIC incl. 10mm dia. stranded steel wirerope or 16 mm dia. Nylone rope for hanging of anti snapping safety device as per direction of EIC. 24 5/8 X 3 Nut Bolt with double washer 25 12 x 12 Rubber Sheet 26 Hiring charges of derrick set for withdrawing of pumping machinery as per direction of EIC. 27 Withdrawing of 12.5 HP oldpump-motor setby hired derick arrangement after disconnection of all electircal and pipe line connection completeas per direction of EIC. 28 Installtion of 12.5 HP pumping machinery & above supplied items by hired derick arrangement and making all electrical and pipe line connection complete as per direction of EIC. 29 Nandai PH 2 & 3 30 Carrying charges for carrying two nos chlorine machine from PHE office (purto Bhavan) to Nandai water supply scheme including loading & unloaidng complete as per direction of E.I.C. 31 Installtion and commissioning of departmental supplied chlorinator with all accessories,and drawing of power line from starter as per IE rules by supplying of necessary wire and continuous earthing. This include the cost of all necessary CC foundation [at least 200mm height] with concrete mixture [sand, cement, stone chips] and neat cement finish by supplyig of all required materials and testing the entire set as per direction of EIC. 32 Add GST @ 18% 33 Add Cess @ 1%
