Dte., Dist.- Purba Bardhaman.- 1 Mugura PH-I 2 Through cheking of all electrical & mechanical accessories for break down of pumping machinery as per direction of EIC. 3 Hiring charges of derrick set for withdrawing of pumping machinery as per direction of EIC. 4 Withdrawing of defective 7.5 HP submersible pump motor set along with 80 mm dia M.S column pipes by necy. arrangement & skilled labour after disconnection of power line & delivery pipe line as per direction of EIC. 5 Carrying charges for Departmental supplied one no. 7.5 H.P submersible pumping machineryset from PHE Office (Purta Bhavan) to Mugura PH-I for installation including loading and unloading complete as per direction of EIC. 6 Supply & delivery of following materials - 7 4 sq. mm. 3 core copper 1.1 KV grade PVC insulated water proof flat submersible cable.(Make : Finolex/ Gloster/ Mescab/ Currency/ Netco/ Polycab/ Approved Make) 8 25 mm diaupvc pipe 9 25 mm diaupvc elbow 10 uPVC 80 mm dia column pipe with maximum delivery pressure 17kgf/cm2 ( both side square threaded (8 TPI)with one socket and O ring biax technology with wiring lock system non corrosive.(Make- Ashirbad/ Oriplast/ Raksha) 11 3 mtr. Long 12 Making safety device for above pump by supplying1 dia nylon rope.: 13 Steel Plug, M. S. Nipple, Flange, Nuts, Bolts etc 14 80 mm dia CIDF non rising Sluice Valve (PN-1.0) with flange ends drilled (Make : IVI/ IVC/ Cair/ Hazra/ Upadhya/ Jupitor Engg co.) as per relavant I.S. 15 Installation of departmental supply 7.5H.P submersible pumping machinery, uPVC column pipes, valves, CIDF items etc. for making delivery & washout pipe line and electrical connection complete including supply of necessary materials as required for the work as per direction of EIC. 16 Supply & delivery FASDSubmersible pump starterwith 3-position selection (with auto select) with MCB (short circuit protection), 16A Contactor & overload relay range 8.9-13.5 Amp. [Make- BCH(Model- Citation)/ PHED approved ] 17 Fitting & fixing of above supply motor starteron existing position and electrical connection complete after dismantling of damaged materials out. 18 Ramkrishnapur PH-I 19 Charges for thorough chceking of defective 20KVA air cooled voltage stabilizerfor find out fault by engaging skilled electrician. 20 Supply & delivey of the following materials for Repairing of Voltage Stabilizer: 21 Dismantling of existing damaged voltage stabilizer part by part for repairing and cleaning of useable parts poperly as per direction of EIC. 22 Servo Controller (Make- ECS/ Approved make) 23 Repairing charges for fitting fixing the above supply materialson existing voltage stabilizer with making electrical connection, checking & testing complete as per direction of EIC. 24 Supply & delivery of following items - 25 Supply and delivery at site submersible pumping machinery directly coupled with wet winding type submersible motor having the following specification pump.Pump :Duty Condition : 36 m3 /hrHead : 58 mtr.
