N.R.V (PN-1.0 rating) as per IS5312, Make: IVI/Jupiter/Cair/approved make. MOC & TC needed for valve. 14 CIDF 90°bend-1no., CI flanged tee-1no. blank flange-1no., CI/ MS flanged short piece 0.50 mtr.-1no, CI/ MS flanged pipe 1 mtr. -1 no. et cas required (as per IS specification and certification registered) for construction of delivery pipe line and wash out line. 15 Heavy type 250mm dia split type tube well cover with 12 mm thick clamping arrangement including holes of column pipe, air pipe and cable entry with 2 sets heavy type suspension clump, nuts, bolts and washer as per departmental design. 16 Pressure gauge 102 mm. dia and 7 kg. /cm2 range, brass cocks and fitting complete (Make- H.Guru) 17 Supply and delivery of 100 Amps male female kit Kat fuse unit. 18 Incresseing the existing tube well Casing height up to a standard level as per direction of EIC. 19 i)For Dia of 250mm. 20 Anti snapping safety device for pump set by supplying suitable size or MS angle busket and nylon rope of required length includingsupplying of nuts, bolts and all other materials. 21 Supply & Making necessary GI Medium pipe (dia of pipe not less than 32mm)protection for submersible cable from kiox box to Submersible pumpincluding supply of all specials and complete the job. 22 Installation of above pump motor, valves and specialsincluding supply of cable gland, sockets and power line connection to the existing Panel, etc as required to complete the job as per direction and up to the entire satisfaction of the EIC. 23 Making brick pillar supporting pipe line (10 x10x 4ft/ Suitable height) by first class brick work with plaster & net cement punning complete including earth cutting, supply necessary materials, ramming as per direction of EIC. 24 Making of tubewell foundation (size- 3x 3x 3.5 approx) as per site situation including supply of necessary materials as bricks, sand, cement, stone chips etc. with plastering & neat cement finishing to complete as per direction. 25 Installation of above works along with main switch, change over etc all electrical equipment with in the pump house, drawing the cable properly on wall as per direction of EIC as per layout and IE rules and all connection with supply necessary materials, cable etc to complete the work, making arrangement with supply & fitting of materials for taking power with in the pump house from WBSEDCL end as per direction of EIC. 26 Makingearthing arrangement 27 Earthing with 50 mm dia Gl pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts.long and 1 x4 SWG Gl (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x80 mm long Gl bolts, double nuts, double washers incl.
