| 1 | Disconnecting electrically, taking down existing ceiling/ exhaust fan any type, any sweep, any model and capacity with due care and dismantling blades for repairing with all accessories, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 2 | Opening the body of 1200/1400mm sweep ceiling fans and examine for repairs including servicing, overhauling, greasing etc and cleaning the complete body both internal & external parts with cleaning agent and renewal of minor spare parts such as split pins, cutter pins, coupling bolt, pvc fan box sheet, capacitor holder, terminal adoptor, screws, nuts, spring washers for blade/body etc and replacement of components/accessories such as ball bearings, gun metal bushes, capacitor, canopy top & bottom, shackle clip assembly and assembling of all parts including hanging and fixing back in existing location and connecting of electrical connections and testing for its satisfactory performance complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (i)Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule as supply only. (ii)Rewinding of fan motor, painting will be measured and paid separetly under relevant item of schedule.(iii)Labour element for fixing of spare parts and removing old unserviceable items are deemed to be included in quoted rate. |
