Replacement of pumping Machinery at Bhatakul & miscelleneous works at Amarun, Sultanpur and other water supply schemes under Central Mechanical Division P.H.E. Dte.- 1 Bhatakul Zone 1 PH 2 2 Thorough checking for finding out the faultin Pumping machinery as per direction of EIC. 3 Carrying charges for carrying 12.5 HP pump motor set from PHE office (purto Bhavan) to Bhatakul water supply scheme including loading & unloaidng complete as per direction of E.I.C. 4 Supply & delivery of thefollowing materials. 5 3 mtr long 80mm dia UPVC standard type column pipe [cream color] with both side threaded and one end side socketed with registered KPMG. 6 80mm. dia. top & bottom adaptor 7 1.1 KV grade 4 sq.mm x 3 Core water proof flat submersible cable for above motor. 8 80mm dia. N.R.V (PN-1.0 rating) as per IS5312, Make: IVI/Jupiter/Cair/approved make. MOC & TC needed for valve. 9 Nylone rope 1 10 5/8 X 3 Nut Bolt with double washer 11 12 x 12 Rubber Sheet 12 Hiring charges of derrick set for withdrawing of pumping machinery as per direction of EIC. 13 Withdrawing of 12.5 HP oldpump-motor setby hired derick arrangement after disconnection of all electircal and pipe line connection completeas per direction of EIC. 14 Installtionof 12.5 HP pumping machinery & above supplied items by hired derick arrangement and making all electrical and pipe line connection complete as per direction of EIC. 15 Bhatakul Zone 2 PH 1 16 Supply & fitting fixing of 25 watt, LED Fixture set for Phillips Model no. BRP 029 LED with 40mm. dia. × 2.5mtr. long G.I pipe bracket fixing on wall of the Pump House with 3nos. M. S. clamp properly grouting including making power connection with supply and drawing 2.5sq.mm. copper flexible cable wire with controlling sub switch and continuous earthing from nearest junction board all complete as per direction of E.I.C. 17 Supply and delivery of following materials- 18 4 long 20 watt LED tube light set white colour (Make -Philips/ Havells) 19 14 watt LED lamp (Make- Philips/ Havells) 20 Labour charges for fitting fixing of above items and testing complete as per direciton of EIC. 21 Amarun zone 1 PH 2 22 Thorough checking for finding out the faultin Pumping machinery as per direction of EIC. 23 Carrying charges for carrying one nos 10 HP pump motor set from PHE office (purto Bhavan) to Amarun water supply scheme including loading & unloaidng complete as per direction of E.I.C. 24 Supply & delivery of thefollowing materials. 25 3 dia. X 5 ft long M.S. BRP 031 LED with 40mm. dia. × 2.5mtr. long G.I pipe bracket fixing on wall of the Pump House with 3nos. M.
