Supply, delivery & installation of PLC based PDB cum MCC panel at tube well no.-2 of Simulpal piped water supply scheme of Jhargram Dist. under Jhargram Mechanical Division, P.H.E Dte.- 1 Supply & delivery of 230 V MCC cum PDB (1-3 HP with DOL, Direct Online starter) starter) with minimum 2mm thickness and degree of protection IP-54, conforming to IS-8623 with suitable Bus bar, Digital Voltmeter Ammeter,Contactor, delay timer, MCB, Valve Actuator,starter etc. with PLC logic as detailed in following technical specification. Make :- As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no 2783/79/F/2018 dated 25.03.2024 with latest amendments. 2 1.1 KV Grade 415 V, 2 core 10 sq.mm. PVC sheathed XLPE insulated Al. armoured cable conforming to IS:7098 (PART-1) 2011 with latest amendmends as applicable.Make :- As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no 2783/79/F/2018 dated 25.03.2024 with latest amendments. 3 Laying of cable (as in item no. 2) on wall/surface incl. S & F of MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting all complete as per direction of E.I.C. 4 Supplying and fixing of compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry ofcable (as in item no. 2) all complete as per direction of E.I.C. 5 Finishing the end of cable (as in item no. 2) by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materialsall complete as per direction of E.I.C. 6 50 mm dia, P.N. 1.0, CIDF Non return valve conforming to IS: 5312, part-I. Make :- As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no 2783/79/F/2018 dated 25.03.2024 with latest amendments. (For T/W no:-1 & 2) 7 50 mm dia, P.N. 1.0, CIDF sluice valve conforming to IS: 14846.Make :- As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no 2783/79/F/2018 dated 25.03.2024 with latest amendments. (For T/W no:-1 & 2) 8 M.S suspention clamp with necessery nuts,bolts & washersetc.suitablefor 50 mm dia pipe( Size 300 mm X 50 mm X 8 mm each)(For T/W no:-1 & 2) 9 50 mm dia heavy type suitable length CI/MS Black pipes (for common delivery header,backwash line for pump under sl no-1, along with necessary bends, specials, fittings , viz flanges, bolts, nuts, gaskets, concentric enlarger , MS dismenteling joint, for connecting main pipe line etc. including providing MS/Bricks/PCC support for laying of pipes, valves as required to make the installation complete (For T/W no:-1 & 2) 10 Making suitable size pump foundation base ( Size: 1.00 mtr. x 1.00 mtr. x 1.5 mtr.) with supplying cement, sand, stone chips etc. in the portion of (4:2:1) including plastering, neat cement finishing etc. all Complete as per direction of EIC.(i) Tubewell outside pump house(For T/W no:-1 & 2) 11 Making required nos. of brick pillar 0.25 mtr. X 0.25 mtr. For supporting of valves and pipes with 12 mm thick plaster and net cement finish complete.(For T/W no:-1 & 2) 12 Fitting fixing of above supplied valves CI/MS Black pipeson existing tubewell of pump house 1 & 2 by suppling necessary nuts, bolts & packing and painting the the whole installation by two coats of enamale pent etc all complete as per direction of EIC. 13 Installation of theabovepanel board on wall at proper location inside the pump house by supplying and fitting fixing of required nos. of angle, fastners, nuts-bolts-washers in the wall with cement plaster complete and making double earthing arrangement by drawing suitable length 8 SWG G.I. wire from earth bus. 14 Add GST @ 18 % 15 Add Cess @ 1 %
