NDSR-42 Providing and using single component cement based non-shrink micro concrete of approved manufacture by mixing graded stone aggregate 10 mm and down and coarse sand as per manufacturers specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge complete as per design and approved by Engineer-in-charge complete as per design and approved by Engineer-in-charge at all floor and all heights NDSR-43 Providing, mixing and applying Epoxy Repair Mortar of make FOSROC or SIKA or BASF or equivalent by mixing Resins hardner and filler as per manufacturers specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge for providing covers to reinforcement etc. as per site requirement. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and quantity for different thicknessshall be made proportionally under this item+B10. Payment under this item shall be made only after proper curing has been done as per manufacturers requirement and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/ tapping with a blunt metal instrument. Scaffolding or skylift for work at height shall be paid additionally in relevant items. 12 mm thickness NDSR-44 Sealing of crack width: Cutting V groove of different size for sealing along the cracks. Cleaning the groove with brushes and cleaning holes with blow air, Fixing self locking mechanical packers into the grooves with epoxy mortar consisting of conbextra EP- 10/Sikadur31 or equivalent and silica sand and powder. NDSR-45 Providing safety and traffic diversion arrangement at the location of work with two stage protection that is with Concrete barriers and PVC drum filled with Sand/Water. The item shall include transportation and placing in position of concrete barriers (06 nos. concrete barriers of size 2.5-3m (length) and 1.2 m height) and suitable nos. of drums as per approved plan and direction of Engineer-in-charge. The concrete barriers will be provided by DMRC (which will be required to be lifted by contractor from any DMRC site within NCR), whereas all other materials are to be provided by contractor. The item shall include all labour/material cost for filling of drums, providing reflective lights, reflective tapes, caution tapes, 02 nos. marshals for traffic diversion and any other miscellaneous item(s). The marshals shall remain available from the start of work at the location, till the location is cleared completely of all men and material. On completion of work, concrete barriers will have to be returned to DMRC and placed as per directed location. Nothing shall be paid extra for all the works described in this item. NDSR-46 Providing and injection Dr. Fixit PU Foam Injection two component polyurethene form injection grout manufacture by Pidilite Industry Ltd and to be sile mixed in ratio 10:1(10 part base I part hardener / or equivalent. that shall be injectectd with maechanically piston driven pump with maximum pressure uplo 250 bar or Foam shall be based on MDI)Methylene Diphenyl isocyanate) polyurethene pre-polymer and accelator. The system shall reacts when it comes in contact with water, producing a relatively stiff and insert polyurethane foam. It is a 10% solid and solvent free polyurethane grout for quick temerary closing and sealing of water bearing cracks, cavities and leak under hydrostatic pressure. The systems shall be foams to 30-40 times its volue in the presence of water and can be an effective means of arresting running water and seepage. It includes the cost of PU lubricant also.Rate Inclusive of all taxes. NDSR-47 Providing and Injecting Dr. fixit or forsec PU plain injection, two component polyurethene plain injection grout manufactured and to be sile mixed in ration 2:1 (2 part base 1 part hardener )/ that shall be injected with mechanically piston driven pump with maximum pressure upto 250 bar or as per the requirement of the site at a distance of 300mm C/C in all direction. The PU plain shall be low viscosity, high penetration quick setting and should forms tough and flexible polyurethene rubber after complete chemical reaction with or without water. It includes the cost of PU lubricant. Rate inclusive all of providing, fixing, cutting of non return packers of required size and repairing the surface with polymer mortar complete at all heights NDSR-48 Providing and applying the areas over the welded wire mesh with Shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fibre reinforced cementitious repair mortar - product-Renderoc SP 40 / Renderoc HS Extra or equivalent and upto required depth to level the surface upto 25mm. All work shall be carried out completly as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. NDSR-49 Providing and applying the area with Shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fibre reinforced cementitious repair mortar. Suggested product-Renderoc SP 40 / Renderoc HS Extra or equivalent by trowel minimum15 mm as cover to reinforcement steel.
