1Description of items and specification ofwork to be excuted.
2Making the area workable by removing weeds including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish with all lead and lift outside the periphery of the area cleared etc complete as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.
3Exposing the buried structure by way of carefully digging/clearance of debris mixed with stone boulders and uprooting any vegetation/tree root in the exposed structure to avoid any damage to the underneath structure including sorting out of serviceable material/structure stone member and disposal of debris within a lead of 100mtr and lift approx 10mtr avg. etc complete as per directions provided by engineer-in-charge.
4Carefully taking out/removal of stone rubble masonry in lime mortar manually including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material with all lead and lift as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.
5Removal/Taking out the dead weathered /cracked/damaged plaster of thickness 25-35mm average very carefully, then preparing the surface for replastering & disposal of the unserviceable material by head load with all lead and lift etc complete as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.
6Taking out/removal of the dead/sunken/pulverised lime concrete very carefully to avoid any damage & disposal of unserviceable material by manually in head load with all lead and lift etc complete as per directions given byengineer-in-charge.
7Providing and laying 1:2 lime concrete on upper portion of Maha Complex with 50% composite mortar 1:1:1 lime mortar (1lime:1surkhi: 1 coarse sand) and 20mm down gauge stone/brick aggregate with binding solution of belgiri, gud, methi, jute & adhesive material beating with bamboo stick first & then with thaphi till the surface is harden to maintain the proper slope & top surface finishing etc complete in all respect.
8R.R. stone masonry pitching for entrance porch with lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 (1lime: 1 surkhi: 1 coarse sand) as per matching the original with lead approx. 100 mtr and lift 10.00 mtr avg. etc complete in all respect as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.
9Recess pointing on R.R. Stone Masonry of the structure with lime mortar 1:1:1 (1lime: 1c.sand (with less than 8% clay content): 1brick surkhi) mortar to be prepared in garath mixed with adhesive material like gud, belgiri, gond, etc complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.
10Lime plaster (30-40 mm avg. thick) in lime shurkhi mortar 1:1:1: (1lime: 1surkhi: 1C.sand) in two coats mixed with gud, belgiri, gum, methi etc.complete as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.
11Making Designer Arches and Gardana in (30-40mm avg. thick) lime surkhi plaster (1lime: 1surkhi: 1c.sand) as per old traditional practice (both in 3 coat of base course and subsequent course and low temping beating out the shrinkage cracks and making them disappear, then the work is done as per the restoration nature requirement with lead approx 180mtr and lift approx. avg. 25mtr etc complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.
12Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
13Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding with as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.
14Providing water tanker 5000 ltr capacity for masonry work and water curing purpose.
15Making of 2 masonry tanks of size 2.00x1.96x1.00m above ground level and 2.00x1.96x0.85m with proper size and design for slaking of lime and grinding of mortar, including all labour and material with 0.23m thickness of brick masonry walls (with 1:6 Cement Mortar) of tanks in class designation 7.5 bricks with neat coat of cement plaster 1:6 (1cement 6 coarse sand) and 1:4:8 cement concrete of thickness 0.10m at the bottom of both tanks, the tanks has to be dismantled after the completion of work and area to be levelled with sand for site clearance and good apprearance after the completeion of work etc complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge.
16Making of masonry tank of size 2.46x1.50x2.00m with height of tank 0.60m above ground level with proper size and design for storing the water, including all labour and material with 0.23m thickness of brick masonry walls (in 1:4 Cement Mortar) of tank in class designation 7.5 bricks with neat coat of cement plaster 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand) and 1:2:4 cement concrete of thickness 0.10m at the bottom of tank, the tank has to be dismantled after the completion of work and area to be levelled with sand for site clearance and good apprearance after the completeion of work etc complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge.
17Providing & applying the 3mm to 6mm thick lime punning with special mortar mix with 1 of Lime and Marble Dust mixed with white gum, batasa, coconut oil, egg, curd, urad dal, similar to original including preparing the surface for new lime punning complete in all respect with labourers wearing all safety equipments like safety jacket, helmet, belt, shoes all the time with lead upto approx. 500mtr and lift upto approx. 400ft. as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.
