X 36 Cms. X 12 Cms. (Plus/Minus 2%) Ii) Filling Material 100% White Virg In Hollow Siliconized Polyester Fibre Of 7 Denier (Minimum) Or Hollow Siliconized Conjugated Polyester Fi Bre Of 7 Denier (Minimum) In The Form Of Sheets. Identification Of Fibre Hollowness Will Be As Per Is: 667 / 1981Complying The Following Parameters: Iii) Weight Of Pillow: 450 Gms. (Plus/Minus 5%), Iv) Pillow Sh Ould Be Surrounded By White Virgin Hollow Fibre Bonded Sheet Of 20 Mm Thickness (Minimum) V) Coveri Ng Cloth White Should Be Plain Weave Containing 60-70 % Polyester Yarn And Balance Cotton, Cloth Wei Ght Should Be 100 G/M2 (Minimum) Vi) Pillow Should Be Resistant To Normal Wash, Vii) Monogram: At The Corner Of The Pillow The Woven Cloth Monogram Of Size 7 Cms. X 5 Cms. Is To Be Stitched Containing (A) S Outh Eastern Railway In Hindi And English, (B) Year And Month Of Manufacturing, (C) Name Of The M Anufacturer And Brand, (D) Ac Service. Viii) The Firm Shall Disclose The Source Of Virgin Hollow Fibre And Submit Certificate From Manufacturer Of Virgin Fibre With Wtc For The Virgin Fibre At The Time Of Sample S Ubmission And At Time Of Inspection And Supply To The Inspecting Agency.
