Tender For Roof Top Rain Water Harwasting System Of Durjanpura Mahrara Junior High School Village Durjanpura Block Jhakhura - Excavation in foundation in black cotton soil in bundelkhand area requiring use of special tools and plants such as pick axes and sabbal etc. including lift upto 1.5 meter (5ft) and lead upto 30m (100ft) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30m (100ft) from the foundation trenches. 3 Cement concrete with 4cm (1.5) gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand & cement in proportion 8:4:1 including supply of All Materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 4 Cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand & cement in proportion 4:2:1 including supply of All Materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 5 First class brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25FM mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of All Materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 6 12mm thick cement Plaster in 1:4 mortar (1 Cement:4 Coarse sand) in sigle coat on fair side of sigle or half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rouded angle chamfers and/or rounded angle not exceeding 80mm in grith and finished even and smooth. No extra for mixing any additive. 7 RCC work with cement, approved coarse sand and 20mm gauge approved granite grit in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in lintel of door & window excluding supply of reinforcement but including its fixing and binding, necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Precast slab 8 Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforcedbrick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending fro proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage & overlaping & hooks. 9 Mild steel or iron work in heavy size such as trusses, builts up gates, door frame, etc. their fixing required for proper completion of work. 10 Painting or varnish on two coat new wood or iron work including supply of materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 11 20-40mm approved stone ballast 12 10-20mm approved stone grit 13 Approved Coarse sand 14 110 mm dia PVC Pipe 6 Kg/cm² ISI Marked 15 160 mm dia PVC Pipe 6 Kg/cm² 1SI Marked 16 Bend/elbow/shoe/end cap/tee 17 Nylone Mesh 18 SS Clamp with Anchor fastener 19 PVC valve 4 inch diaISI Marked 20 Fittings of Plumbing work 21 Boring Work 22 PVC Casing pipe 160mm ISI Marked 23 Supply and fixing of sign board
