Tender For Construction Of V.R.B. On Etawah Stump At Km. 11.100 - Earthwork in filling/strengthening of damage bank and weaker section of canal in ordinary soil, excavation earthwork in embankment to be in 20cm layer including ramming anddressing the surface to required levels, slopes and also including lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 1.00 km with transported earth by manual labour and machine excluding GST. 2 Earthworkin foundation in dry ordinary soil including lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 30m including backfilling watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the structure and sides of foundation trenches with removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by engineer in chargeupto distance of 30m from thefoundation trenches for other structure. 3 Providing concrete for plain concrete M 10grade in foundations including cost of finishing and excluding reinforcement in 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 10-20 mm nominal size) mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curingcomplete, including overhead charges & Contractors profitwith supply of material T&P etc complete but excluding GST. 4 Providing concrete for plain concrete M 15grade in foundations including cost of curing etc and excluding reinforcement in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 16-20 mm nominal size) mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curingcomplete including overhead charges & Contractors profitwith supply of material T&P etc complete but excluding GST. 5 Providing concrete for Reinforced cement concrete M20grade in foundations including cost of finishing etc and excluding reinforcement in 1:1.5: 3(1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 13-20 mm nominal size) mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing complete including overhead charges & Contractors profitwith supply of material T&P etc complete but excluding GST. 6 ProvidingReinforced cement concreteM25design mix grade in foundations including cost of finishing and excluding reinforcement in 1:1:2 (1 cement : 1 coarse sand : 2 graded stone aggregate 13-20 mm nominal size) mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete including overhead charges & Contractors profitwith supply of material T&P etc complete but excluding GST. 7 Providing concrete for reinforced concrete M 25 gradein open foundations using 20 & 10 mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing complete as per drawings and technical specifications ,including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding GST. 8 Centering And Shuttering For special type of rcc work such as curves,T-beams, bridges and syphon,aqueduct box culvert etcincluding line and levelling etc to required level with properly fixing and sealing the end with all cost of labour material etc 9 Centering and shuttering in concrete work foundation including line and levelling etc to required level with properly fixing and sealing the end with all cost of labour material etc 10 Supplying,cutting binding and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications , for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded ,including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding GST. 11 LayingStone Ballast(22-53mm in Layers for Retaining wall, wing wall etc with all cost of material,taxes,royalty,labours T&Ps etc complete excluding GST. 12 Finishing walls with putty and(Two coats) with exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undacorated wall surface to give even shade @ 1.25 Ltr/10sqm including one coat of primer applied @ 0.75Ltr/10sqm curing, cost of all materials, labours, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 13 Earthwork in excavation in removing bundha and diversion including disposal of removed earth as per directed by engineer in charge incluing lift of 1.5m and lead upto 30 m with all cost of labour, machine and T&P etc. complete. 14 Supplying and fixing 75 mm dia Pvc drainage pipe i/c all cost of material, T & P etc for Proper completion of work. 15 Boaring for dewatering of foundation water by lowering ground table including all arrangement upto required depth but excluding pump, generator installation & fuel charge etc. 16 Dewatering of foundation including all arrangement in kwh by diesel pump set.
