Tender For Annual Maintenance Work at I.A. Kauhar , Distt-Amethi - Manual sweeping ,garbage/litter collection and removal of animal carcasses etc in all streets,main and arterial roads all street and roadsurfaces, footpaths, pavements, parking, lots, foot, overbridges, busshelters, roadmedians, traffic islands and any other open public areas and structures outing. 2 Cleaning & removal of garbage, litter, silt or any blockages from the street side, shallow surface drains(other than under ground sewerage and under ground drains) including tractor with trolly, its POL & Driver, 2 nos helper for loading/unloading of garbage, etc . complete item as per direction of Engineer in charge. 3 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401including Supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 4 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. 5 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.including Supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 6 Providing and laying 50 mm thickDGBM with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.50% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix material to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grede,level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specificationsclauses505 complete work in all respects. including supply of all materials,labour,T&P etc as required for proper completion of the work. 7 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.including Supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 8 Providing and laying 25mm thickbituminous concrete with higher capacity batch typehot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.40 % percent of mix and filler ,transporting the hot mix material to work site , laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade ,level and alignment ,rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tandem roller , to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H.. specification clause no - 507, complete in all respect. ( Grading -I ) 9 Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with ReflectoringmGlass Beads on Bituminous Surface,Providing and laying of Hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50mm thick including reflectoring glass beads @ 250 gms per Sqm area, thickness of 2.50mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35.The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes. Rate AS per UPPWD. 10 Desilting of drain in foul position (work frequency every week ) including disposal of silt/waste out side of industrial area as per direction of Engineer in charge. 11 Clearing jungle i/c uprooting of rank vegetations, grass, bush, wood trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level & removal of rubbish upto 50m. 12 Earthwork infilling by carted ordinary soil from an average distance of 5km , in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth , consolidation each deposited layer by ramming , etc. complete 13 M-150 Brick work in 1:6 (one cement & sixcoarse sand)mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour & tools & plants etc required for proper completion of the work. Excluding GST 14 12mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand in proportion of 1:4 over brick work. 15 M-150 Brick work in 1:4 incement & coarse sandmortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour & tools & plants etc required for proper completion of the work.
