Tender For Operation And Maintenance Of Civil, Electrical, Air Conditioning, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Housekeeping, Horticulture, And Security Services Of Tower 1 & Tower 2 Of Nbcc Imperia, Bhubaneswar, Odisha Carrying out housekeeping/sanitation/Cleaning/upkeeping work, etc in all common toilets, corridors, entrance space, internal circulation roads, facades, all approach areas, lifts, railings, staircases etc as per requirement and direction of EIC by engaging labours In shift basis. Providing all cleaning materials like soaps, detergents, phenyl, chemicals, dusters, , jharus/brooms, wipers, toilet cleaners, glass cleaning chemicals, bleaching powder, odonils, cockroaches killing sprays, room fresheners etc. & other cleaning and petty material required for cleaning and maintenance of various items Like Facade Cleaning, UG/OH tank Cleaning and other cleaning items as specified in scope of work in tender document or as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In -Charge. Carrying out day to day horticulture maintenance works by providing gardeners/Mali on shift basis to carry out Complete maintenance of the entire Horticulture features in NBCC Impreria i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, hedge, flower beds, creepers etc. including hoeing, pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, clipping of hedge, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizer (whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by officer-in-charge.AII required tools and plants to be provided by the agency. The manpower to be supplied in shifts for 8 Hrs. ( 3 unskilled Gardener/ Mali= 1 Shift) (Note:- Good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide pesticide etc . to be paid separetely on production of certified bills by NBCC)
