Tender For Conservation, Restoration And Development Works At Somnath Mandir, Pali - Carriage of Materials Building Rubbish Stone metal (Grit and ballast etc.)For 5 km 2 Half brick masonry in Superstructure , above plinth level upto floor Vlevelusing bricks of designation 75: Cement Mortar (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand) 3 Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Coarse sand) 4 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish : 20 mm thick 5 6 mm thick cement plaster to ceiling of mix1:3 (1cement : 3-fine sand) 6 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work 7 Providing and applying white cement based puttyover plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete : New plastered surface 8 Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding:Two or more coats on new workincluding prepration of base etc. complete 9 Providing and fixing 1st quality MAT & GLOSSY finished ceramic tile confirmingto IS : 13755 and IS : 15622 colour such as white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades in floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (including the cost of cement mortar bed 1:4) Size 600 mm X 600 mm. 10 Providing and fixing 1st quality MAT & GLOSSY finished ceramic tile confirmingto IS : 13755 and IS : 15622 colour such as white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades in floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (including the cost of cement mortar bed 1:4). Size 300mm X 600 mm 11 Providing and fixing M.S. sheet 1mm thicksingle leaf door shutter in angle iron frame 35x35x5mm suitabilly diagonally braced with 25x3mm flat iron above and below lock rail of size 50x5mm beading extra including all fittings, as per direction of Engg. incharge but excluding cost of chowkhats: including two coats of anit-corrosive red oxide primer paint 12 Add extra for double leaf shutters. 13 Providing and fixing double scaffolding systen on the exterior side upto five story made with 4 wodden member 1.5m c/c horizontal and vertical direction joining with rassi, clamps, challies. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracing, runner, construction of bulding if necessary with all essential safty features for the workmen etc complete as per direction of EI. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. 14 Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:In cement mortar 15 Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50metres lead. 16 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meter lead:For thickness of tiles 25 mm to 40 mm 17 Dismantling stone slab/ terrazo chip flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead. 18 Dismantling of gully chamber of various sizes including CI grating with frame including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meter lead including refilling the gap. 19 Dismantling of flushing cistern of any size including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meter lead. 20 Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter lead.
