and taking out the coreand checking the continuity and insulation value of coils for all three phases, inspecting and reinsulating coils if required, repair and, replacing the wornout parts if any, complete all as specified and directed.Note : The rate shall also deemed to be included the rate for :(i) Technician, Electrician,and labours. (ii) Rewinding of coils (iii) Minor spares/parts. (iv) Transportation charges upto workshop and back. 65 Cleaning of substations located at technical area once in a month as per Engr-in-charges instructions by applying cloth for removing dirt on all the equipments located inside the sub stations and removing all the grass weeds/vegetation with roots or by applying spray of Herbicides complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i)Total 12 Nos E/M Sub Station/Installation cleaning will be carried out once in a month and the same will be measured as one job.(ii) The rate for labour/herbicidesto beincluded in the quoted rate. (iii) The quoted rate shall also include the rate of materials like cotton, Broom, MAFF, Stick for mounting Broom, Phenol which are required for the cleaning of installations. 66 Supply, fix in replacement, connecting and testingof Change over switchesin existing LT panel box / feeder pillar boxes (KIOSK) of capacity 315 Amps 4 pole complete all as specified and directed. 67 Supply fix in replacement, connecting and testingof Change over switchesin existing LT panel box / feeder pillar boxes (KIOSK) of capacity 200 Amps 4 pole complete all as specified and directed. 68 Supply and fix in replacement of Mild steel work in framed work such as gates, grills, framed guard bars, gratings, ladders, MS clamp for supporting of cable etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, and similar work complete all as specified and directed 69 Material and labour for carrying out repair of existing LT panel/ loop in loop out boxes by welding to the door / hinges of any size / type and Spray painting with synthetic enamel grey paint including cleaning of surrounding of LT Panel upto 1 Sqm replacement of unserviceable lug complete all as specified and directed. 70 M & L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stone, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed. 71 M&L local sand dry, filling in trenches around under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. 72 M& L for spreading / filling loose stone aggregate of 40mm graded complete all as specified and directed.
