    Electrical Defect Rectification => Limited; 1 L-1428 : Exhaust fan of provision store is showing low insulation and making abnormal noise due to motor (230V, 1Ph, 318W) bearing worn out and defective blades. The exhaust motor is required to be overhauled and proved for satisfactory operation. In-way job includes following:- (a) Removal of exhaust fan motor by dismantling the truncking (b) Repair/renewal of bearing.(c) Repairing/renewal of defective blades (d) Improving of insulation of motor (e) Re-fitment of motor and trunking(f) Renewal of all defective boltsAll spares/materials required for defect rectification is to be supplied by firm 2 L-1433: 02 in no IBS battery power pack (No.3 & 4) not holding charge and giving rated output. It is suspected that UPS charging circuit and invertor circuit is defective. Defect to be rectified and system be proved for satisfactory operation. All spares required for defect rectification is to be provided by the firm. 3 L-1437: CCTV display monitor (Make: HP, Size: 24”) at briefing room is not working and showing blank screen due to defective TFT display screen. The screen of monitor to be repaired/renewed and proved with the CCTV system for satisfactory operation. All spares required for defect rectification is to be provided by the firm.
