    Tender For Overhauling/Maintenance of 11 KV VCB Under EDD,Haidergarh Barabanki. - Complete repairing and overhauling of different make 11 KV VCB trolley lowering raising mechanism and proper setting of breaker cleaning & pin spring washer greasing complete service of the vacuum circuit breakers. 2 Providing and fixing different make vacuum interrupter. 3 Providing and fixing of spout different make. 4 Providing and fixing of auxiliary switch different make. 5 Providing and fixing of closing coil different make. 6 Providing and fixing of tripping coil different make. 7 Providing and fixing of spring charging motor different make. 8 Providing and fixing of male or female contact (4x1) 1 set different make. 9 Providing and fixing of on/off remote switch different make. 10 Providing and fixing of 11 KV 1 phase vacuum chamber different make. 11 Providing and fixing of charging locking system locking gutka different make. 12 Providing and fixing of door closer handles. 13 In case of emergency breakdown VCB repairing Etc work like cleaning and refitting after removal of fault with in one hour after getting information and warranty period will be for six month. 14 Opening complete 11 KV bus bar in case of emergency breakdown its cleaning with carbon tetra chloride & rebolting & replacement of damaged bolts & nuts if required. 15 Providing and fixing of Resin caste double ratio 11 KV CT on respective 33/11 KV Sub-Station as per required ratio. 16 Providing and fixing of various type materials like rackin/rackout gears, bottom gear and other type & size of required gears, vaccume supporting tubem VCB on/off push button, Nut Bolt etc. as required. (All new Spare parts provided by contractor shall be gauranteed minimum six months). 17 Providing and fixing ofMCB Double Pole HRC Fuse.
